The warmth from the IR sauna alone in a cold climate is restoring. Sitting in this IR sauna, I felt like I was sunbathing in a warm bath (you can control the temperature settings and music via bluetooth). My muscles and joints relaxed, no longer chilled nor cringing from pain... truth be told, the relief was so substantial that I was moved to tears and now consider myself a regular, needing to treat myself to prevent further injuries. Love yourself. You deserve it. I recommend bringing a water bottle with you. Chris was super helpful. I look forward to going back!
