Went into Sameday insurance because I got a new car and was not happy with my previous agent. She always took forever to call me back. She finally gave me a quote for our cars and it was outrageous, that's when I decided to try Sameday insurance and I'm glad I did. Rene helped me out and he was great. I told him that I was on a time crunch and when I got there he had everything ready to go, I was in and out, best thing he had a very reasonable quote that fit my budget. Very pleased,Thanks Rene read more

I know quite a bit about insurance, so lets start with that. I've done insurance for a living so i am very particular about who i do business with. I came here because i had activity on my record and i knew my rates were going to be ridiculous. I shopped around with plenty of other companies and every quote i got just left me even more disappointed than the last. Finally drove by this little spot and i decided, what the heck, I'll try them. Talked to Bryan Tellez and very glad i did so. This man not only got me a GREAT rate (with more than 3 points and a suspension), but he actually explained everything - something very few agents do in the business. From one agent to another, bravo. Keep up the great work. read more

After shopping all day I was so tired of these companies and the gimmicks , but here he got straight to the point. Not only did Brian give me the best deal but he worked with me to personalize the policy. Honestly couldn't have been a better experience. Even the customer service was smooth and friendly. You should come check it out! read more

After searching around for hours I finally found an insurance agency that was willing to meet my needs. Thanks again Rene G.

I have been a customer with Sameday Insurance for about 6 years now. I had just purchased my first vehicle through a lien holder and needed insurance FAST! I was a new resident to Downey and didn't know of many places but I remembered seeing an insurance place down the street. Fate must have united us, cuz I am one happy camper! LOL. I admit, I dealt with several insurance agents that are no longer there (probably for good reasons- we got off to a rocky start-) so I can't comment on them any longer. However, there is one golden boy that I followed even when he moved offices to Van Nuys. BRYAN TELLEZ is super helpful and knowledgeable. I've gone through 4 cars, 2 car accidents with him and each time he has helped me out. When I was adding an additional policy for a new car, I was trying to be cheap and skip rental, he advised against and said he really recommends it to all his customers and convinced me to add it. One year later my car was totaled and I drove a rental for 3 weeks with no out of pocket costs. He saved me a lot of money with that one decision. I've put the poor guy under pressure to send me documents on the spot and he comes through. It's hassle free knowing they will get you the lowest rate possible. Many may argue that having a broker fee is a waste of money but if you sign up with BRYAN, you will at least get your money's worth. (NOPE, I was not paid to say that). Truthfully speaking, I'm a mom on a budget and don't have time to deal with getting several quotes and taking care of paperwork. This has worked out for me over the span of 6 years, otherwise I would have left a long time ago. read more

Worse service ever, 1 year to pay me $40 there not trust worthy and the manager incompetent I have so much to say from them, worst customer service ever wont recomend. read more

Erika Magana was a delight! My boyfriend and I came in to her office very frustrated from calling insurances all day for quotes. She made this easy and smooth! She was able to get us insurance at a reasonable rate at a promo time and were able to get back to the dealership to drive our vehicle out of the lot. She is the best! read more

Erika is such a great person to work with, she helped me out a lot! She's very nice and I feel comfortable that she is only a phone call away. GREAT SERVICE! I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. read more

Perfect place for getting an insurance, so nice people who they guide you in the best way. Specially bryan tellez ( the manager). I highly recommend talk with him. read more

If your looking for an insurance company with hidden fees and employees who talk over you and argue with quotes that their company sends out then this is the place. I received a letter via mail with a quote of $59 a month for full coverage or $19 a month for liability from their downey office who said that the van nuys office would honor the quote being that they were in my area. When I got the office I was told the quote would only stand for a car that I had not owned since last year and not my current vehicle. When I calmly tried to ask logical questions abour policies and honoring quotes I was talked over not only by the rude broker but the Same Insurance Manager also!! The quote went from $59 full coverage to $120 full coverage. I would never ever get insurance from people so rude no matter what the cost!! read more

Don't ever go to this place they will try to make you buy insurance from them, they will pretend that they gave you a good price but actually it's higher than all other companies. read more

Horrible company to deal with get nothing but the run around all the time took 3 weeks for me to get a copy of my insurance card ...Bryan is a horrible representative to deal with every 3-5 months my rate would change and it would to something changing in the policy or California law.. never dealing with them again there customer service is horrible and non of there workers have any common sense read more

This place is THE WORST! Rene sent me a text promising me with lower rates..when I get there the rates nearly doubled..his attitude was the worst! Tries to out talk you with a chip on his shoulder..THEY ARE CROOKS..BE CAREFUL! read more

the bottom is what they want you to say just to get a discount, their services are no help, they avoid dealing with your insurance when it comes to canceling a policy, you're better off at another place than here "Great service and great results !!! Thank You ------- for the excellent rates, I was recommended for them having great rates, and left with better rates than expected !!! " read more

Actually quite surprised by this place. Small shop, yet very personal and professional. Got me a great deal regardless of my less than stellar driving record. I came in and saw Crystal, I suggest you do the same! read more

They're horrible at costumer service, they don't know how to talk with customers on the phone, I've a 12 month policy with them that is on an auto draft and they still send me texts everyday asking me if I need to change my policy even after I call them every day requesting from them to stop the text because they can't get me a better rate. Every time I ask to speak with a supervisor they say he is not available . So I have received a call today from Brian the manager for that sameday business the guy was great he was so respectful he discussed with me what's the issue and he promised he will fix it, he provided me with his personal email and phone number and he promise he will take care of everything and I'm happy that we settle the situation and I'll still be a good customer with these guys I hope they'll fix any issue in the past and moving forward I would love to continue doing business with them. Thanks Brian read more
