At one time we had 10+ policies with State Farm until a botched roof claim caused us to cancel all but 3 policies. Against my better judgment, we left our business policy with Mark's office. Now I'm feeling the regret as they have cheated us out of a month's premium and I'm having to get an attorney involved. I can't wait to be done with this and every State Farm office!

I'll tell you about an elderly friends' experience. Elderly…read moreman in his 80s with health problems. He went in to get an auto insurance card from this Mickey Mouse operation. We enter the store. Two employees. A female who I think did say hello. A dude sitting behind a computer speaking on the phone . Now mind you he's an established customer on auto pay. The female was waiting on customer. The Smuck on the phone was dealing with a client. We sat there waiting patiently talking about different things to pass the time. Well Mr personality makes more calls and I estimate we waited maybe 20 minutes or more. Not once did this person, between calls greet us or acknowledge us in anyway. So finally the elderly gentleman says out loud,' Can I help you?' Trying to drop a hint to Mister Customer No Service. Still no response. So at that point I said maybe return another time. What I should have done to this Ahole I won't say for disrespecting an elder. They even had a sign up something about we care. Oh really.

Until we moved to Texas, I also had a great experience with their auto and home insurances. Unfortunately, AAA Texas auto insurance customer service is the pits. Check out the reviews for their headquarters in Coppell: https://yelp.to/qTKq/0va9fdOHp6 It's one star for a reason. For less than $100 a year, AAA offers great roadside assistance, nice perks, and peace of mind. For auto or home insurance in Texas, look elsewhere.
