PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't use this company! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! They have damaged our property, our house, and wasted our time on Mother's Day after THEY set up the appointment to discuss the damages! We had to unwrap the items because they were too lazy to do it. The guys weren't even going to hook up our bed correctly UNTIL I called them on it. Then the guy said they left the other parts at the old house. They even charge US there THEIR LUNCH BREAK!!!!! All the guys did was complain the ENTIRE TIME THEY were there. So when my husband talked to the "Manager" SHE SET UP THE APPOINTMENT for today (Mother's day) to get everything straight! AND THEY DID NOT SHOW OR CALL! PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I recently had an excellent experience with this moving company. They were very easy to get a hold off, being able to not only call them, but also text message them. The reservation coordinator Stephanie was very helpful and attentive in helping me arrange for a 4-man team to come and help me unload a truck of furniture and a piano. The team arrived, slightly out of the time window quoted, but this was due to guards at the front gate of the community making the team go through the back entrance, because they do not allow big trucks to drive over the bridge at the front gate. This detour easily adds at least a half hour to the trip. Had I thought about it, I could have informed them to come to the back gate in the first place and I'm sure they would have been right on time. The entire team was very professional, and their team leader Jonathan was quick to greet me, go over some paperwork and put his team right to work. Although there wasn't a lot on the truck, the majority was heavy or cumbersome furniture which had to be brought up to the second floor of the house, and the team made quick work of it. I also had a piano which they were unloading and although it was staying on the first floor, they needed to get it up 5-6 brick steps to get it into the house. The team took excellent care of the piano, covering it with drop cloths to ensure it wouldn't be scratched, wrapping the drop cloths in place in plastic wrap to ensure it wouldn't slip, and then positioned and fastened the piano to a piano board and dolly with straps to help ensure it would not fall off during the move. The team also helped move some furniture that was upstairs to the garage, since we would be getting rid of it, and assembled the queen sized bed that was brought upstairs. Overall using this company was a wonderful experience, worth every dollar, and I would definitely use them again. read more

My disabled aunt and uncle had to move down to Florida near us. We rented a Penske truck from Stephanie and she said she had guys that could load the truck. We were quoted 2 to 3 hrs with 4 guys. It took them over 5. They spent more time complaining of the heat and being tired and taking breaks and smoking than working. They left cigerette butts on my walkway. It took them 20 min to figure out how to move a cabnet. One guy didn't know how to use arm straps to carry furniture. One guy actually complained when we didn't have tea for him to drink. We knew that we had more than what would fit in truck so we told them what was a priority to be on it. Left a shelf leaning against wall and when I asked about it the guy said oh guess we forgot. Didn't check truck when they said it was full as it was after 10 pm and we had little sleep the previous 4 days packing. Next mourning found they took items we said needed to be on truck moved to and left in garage, truck was not full and not packed well. Spent day putting in must have items and finishing the job 4 men couldn't do. Could not contact them afterwards, didn't answer phone, shop door was locked when we went by when they were open. Saw one of the guys who moved us he just walked by and hid his face. We were told that we would get two free days on the truck because they couldnt come until the day before we were to turn in truck. That didn't happen, had to pay for two more days. I had to go through the credit card company to pay only for the original quote of 400 dollars instead of the 750 that she charged because her men were unable to do job efficiently. Many items that they pack also ended up damaged. read more

I was referred to this company by my real-estate agent. First, do not rent a vehicle from them; they say that a 16-foot truck is 29 dollars per day, this is misleading. If you rent the truck for more than a week, you will pay about 560 dollars, and this is local. They tie in all sorts of charges into the lease. Example, some arcane environmental costs. Second, when the movers arrived the first day, they griped about only having two men to make a move, they then proceeded to call "Stephanie", and she counselled that they should wait two days before the weather cleared up. So we had to wait two days before they moved us. When they arrived two days later, they had five movers and a small moving van. It took them two more days to move us as they had to make two more trips. The movers cracked the glass in my china cabinet and chipped the paint on my expensive clothes dryer. I had to move the remainder of the items in my house, by myself, because they made excuses that they could not move this item or that item because it was either an antique or they hadn't enough blankets to protect the wall pictures and glass from the cabinets. Bottom line, save your money or flush it down the toilet. These people are money mad and will try to squeeze you for every cent they can with all sorts of hidden "expenses. In retrospect, I made a big mistake hiring these people. Don't be fooled by the "cross" in their logo. I am just thankful this fiasco is over! read more

I recommended this company to my daughter because they did such a good job moving us several years ago. Her move, however, was a disaster. There were 5 guys, but only 2 of them actually worked. They others complained about being hungry and thirsty and even laid down on the floor! They estimated her total move would take about 4 hours, but it took many more than that because they wouldn't work! It was very disappointing to both if us because they used to be very reputable. I am sad to say that I can no longer recommend this company. read more

I can not see how this company is still in business. We used them or I should say we hired them, they did NOT show up at all when they said they would. It was a weekend so I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the office. After waiting for hours we finally started moving ourselves. At about 4:00 (2) men FINALLY showed up, told us what was left was really heavy and they'd need more men, so they threw our expensive 60" tv in the truck (when they supposedly weren't supposed to move tv's) they threw a few other non heavy things in the truck and proceeded to deliver what they had in the truck. We figured what the heck we'll just do the rest ourselves, we only moved 3 miles away and when they unloaded the TV it had been destroyed!!! The screen was shattered because they hadn't wrapped it up with anything. The few pieces of furniture they had loaded came out with dings & dents all over it because that too hadn't been protected. I called Monday and screamed at the owner who proceeded to hand me over to Stephanie and they gave us 200.00 off of our move for destroying a 1,200.00 TV and not moving us as we'd expected. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I would absolutely NOT recommend this company, there has to be better out there somewhere. read more
