They have some good looking produce, some of which is very cheap, some of which is overpriced, so take care if you're watching your budget. They have a large variety of frozen goods and seafood given the size of the store. If you're and instant noodle fanatic, look no further! So many flavours and brands, though mostly Korean. Also have some ready made food. The only reason I give them one less star is because some items are not consistently stocked and expensive pricing on some of the items. Friendly staff too! Check it out if youre interested in cooking Japanese or Korean cuisine.

They have a good selection of veggies that you normally use for korean dishes and their pre-made side dish corner is great as well. I have tried their Kimchi and raw squid with spicy sauce, and they were good. They also have some snacks, frozen goods, and candies that both E-Mart and Arirang do not carry, which is nice. The service is okay, most of the employees stocking the shelves don't ask if you need anything, even when you seem like you're lost or looking for something you couldn't find. Their cashiers are pretty quick even though I have only seen one till open, mind you, it's never busy when we visit. There has only been 5-7 people at most whenever we came for groceries. Overall, A-mart is a good korean grocery store closer to people living in the SE, but just keep an eye on the prices and wait for sales for your favorite items.

Well they have things you don't normally find in Coop or Safeway etc. Prices are somewhat more expensive. I saw LKK oyster sauce for $10.50 and at T&T sells for like $3.99. That is outrageous. It is deemed as "Asian" supermarket and does seem to carry a diverse selection but I'd say it is primarily Chinese especially due to the presence of Chinese fast food, roast duck, and pig in the food court area. Said food court area came in clutch for an easy, affordable dinner (pricing determined by weight) after landing at nearby Calgary International Airport. In addition to the usual produce, Asian snacks, seafood and meat sections, they uniquely have a whole aisle dedicated to Asian beauty products which I regarded with high interest. Some of the grab and go items -- namely the baos -- were a little expensive, but overall pricing was so-so. Parking lot was huge making for an easy-going shopping experience.

It's located in a strip mall, and isn't all that big, but it serves its purpose all the same. They sell a bunch of different stuff like canned goods, fresh vegetables, and even hookah pipes and coals. This surprised me when I went in. And, man, do they have some good prices in there! I mean, I bought a giant bag of carrots for only $1.50, something that would cost at least $3 in a regular supermarket. They were also selling bags of ginger for only $0.99. I don't use ginger that much, but at that price I couldn't refuse. Now I need to make some for dinner consisting of carrots and ginger! I might just go out of my way to stop by here. A regular grocery store would sell the same stuff as this place, but for much more money. I guess you pay for the convenience of having large chains nearby.

I believe after T&T opened, it diverted a lot of businesses away. Some of their prices were not bad. Technically, this could be a one stop grocery store. But again T&T is also a one stop grocery store too. It does look like a typical Chinese/Asian grocery store. Yes Lambda has been around for a long time. They do close quite early at 7pm. Back in 2017, my issues was that I couldn't make it there at 7pm. Parking is limited here.
