Laura was recommended by our Vet and she did everything possible to fit us in and take care of my dogs while we went away on our trip. She always goes over and beyond to make sure that my 2 dogs are happy and comfortable. Oreo and Luna love spending time with Laura, especially Luna who gets excited when she sees Laura because she knows she gets to snuggle and sit on Laura's lap and watch a movie on her laptop. For our situation, the experience was very disappointing. To be fair to Mike.. here is his reaction to our review: Shame on you for writing half-truths in that review.. You left out the parts where I suggested we visit the prospect of medication and I would happily consult with your vet... And the part where you were checking with Amy and would get back to me on scheduling -- then you text a month later to say that your lives are hectic.... You wrote that I lacked patience if questioned? And little proactive follow-up? I offered to talk to you at 9:00 PM if you had a few minutes the other night -- because your dog bit your child -- and you responded "not really... shutting the day" ..... I canceled one session when I was sick. You guys cancelled four (two of them on the day were were supposed to meet)... I have all the documentation of group texts, ones with Amy and with you. We trusted Jennifer to care for our dogs, one of which, Lilly was elderly and nearly blind. We…read moremade it clear to her that we wanted her to let them out front when she came to visit, due to the pool in the back yard. It would create a dangerous situation for our elderly dog. If she were to let the dogs out back we'd asked that she watch them at all times. We received a call from Jennifer while on vacation down in Florida telling us that our dog had fallen in the pool and drowned. Words could not describe the way we felt. Lilly had been rescued from a shelter and was the most sweet and loving dog you could ever imagine. The vet tried to perform cpr on Lilly but when we spoke to them they said it appeared that she'd passed on quite a while ago. Pet sitting in a huge responsibility. There should never be a situation where a dog is put in harm's way like Lilly was. There was no good reason for her to be in the back yard or for Jennifer to not be watching her. If you're reading this review then I hope it helps to convince you to choose another pet sitter. I wish we had.

They have shown up on schedule and spent the agreed upon 30 minutes of time. After each visit I get a pet report with pictures, which is very reassuring that my pup is having a good visit. They change Nelson's water bowl on each visit and even brought my garbage cans from the street to the garage! After the first week I received a lovely thank you note and a treat for Nelson. Our dogs definitely require special care--one has food aggression, one needs medication regularly, one has had a leg injury during their care--but they have always done a great job. We have cameras and always watch their visits, not to monitor them but just because we are excited to see our pups while we're away, and we've always been very pleased with their care. We are VERY particular about who we leave our pets with and they have never disappointed! Definitely recommend!
