He came to our home and spent a couple of hours with us, listening to our story and understanding our vision for a new home. His team of professionals who prepared our home for sale were flawless in their approach, professionalism, and efficiency. Robert personally came to finalize the staging and even planted flowers in planters himself. Our home was brought to show-ready quality in just a few days, and despite a slowdown in home sales, it sold in less than two weeks. Robert handled all inspections, negotiations, and communications with the buyer and their agent seamlessly. During our transition to a new home, he was patient and kind, even taking the time to ask our teenage daughter what she was looking for in a home. We ultimately decided on a new build rather than an established home, and Robert worked directly with the builder throughout the process. He was pivotal in ensuring we received everything promised. In 2015 i bought an expensive $560,000 property in Paso Robles. Then June 2017 I sold and bought another with Uschi. June 2019 I tried another realtor to sell my house. This review is about the purchase of another home that closed escrow June 25, 2919. The sellers realtors were with this Keller Williams, Marissa lomeli and co listing with marina Nicoli. The experience was horrible. They were always late with every deadline, with every signing of papers and it was clear to my agent that they would hold back and not share documents with the seller until the next day. All deadlines took the maximum allowed and sometimes beyond the deadline. The worst was that these agents yelled at my agent, cursed, and verbally abused her. If they had been men It would of been sexual harassment, but because they are women they can get away with it. I wanted to back out and regretted the purchase due to the stressful abusive agents and every deadline being at least 3 days out until about 5 pm deadline. It wasn't worth it. As a buyer I was a repeat customer for Keller Williams. The last house I bought in June 2017 was $665,900 so they made a huge commission and that was the 2nd transaction with them. We found out that Paso Robles Keller Williams has no broker running it, just an office manager and it wasn't ran smoothly. It seemed like with 2 selling agents teaming up that no one was making sure deadlines were met in a timely manner. There were also many mistakes by the 2 women. And forms required many corrections. An example is the original offer I made said all refrigerators. Later the selling agent and seller says they didnt the offer and meant to only include the fridge in the kitchen. Well the sellers agents should of pointed out that the offer said more than one fridge before the seller agreed to accept my offer. The whole experience with Marissa and Marina was so bad that I lost sleep for days and like I said. I regretting buying the house. It didn't have to go that way, and their attitude and verbal abuse to my agent was very inappropriate. With no broker at the office there was no one to contact to elevate the problems and resolve them. I do not recommend these realtors due to many mistakes in the forms they prepared, the lack of reading my offer, and the verbal abuse. Very unprofessional.

Her customer service goes beyond the sale, she fought to get me reimbursed for an improper repair a year after I bought the house. I recommend her to all my friends looking in the area. Kandie Fredrick , dictated who we used to write up an offer " on a LOT " she had on the MLS / Market for over a YEAR ! And Flat out Refused ! To write our offer ! We had contacted her Co . partner Chris Temple to write an offer for us "on 6/13/23 we spoke to him approximately 3/4 weeks ago , After we performed our due diligence and spoke to an Architect , during a general conversation at the county office " he offered his advice on some building ideas? we told him upfront we were looking at building very small " within our budget! We never hired him at all ! He also took it upon himself to go to the City of Morro bay to ask questions about the property also emailed listing agent when he found out it was a friend of his ?getting information sending it to us , in which we were doing on our our / he was trying to conger up business for him self ,,, Then he added he was a real estate broker also" Ernie Kim " This man turned out to be a personal friend of Kandie Fredrick " The Broker ? At Country Realty : 630 14th street Paso Robles , Ca When talking to Chris Temple on 6/13/2023 a phone conversation between Myself my wife and he , we asked him to write an offer for us , we sent him a written format VIA email specifically instructed Chris Temple how we wanted our offer written up , ( on file ) The morning of 6/14/2023 we received an email from him stating that Ernie was our Realtor ? that he had forwarded our offer to Kandie Fredrick to send to Ernie Kim ? My wife and I have been looking for a property to buy for over a year " on our own without a realtor ! we never signed anything with Ernie nor did he provide us with any Listed properties to view ! So Kandie Fredrick took it upon herself to Call Ernie Kim , a friend of hers and conspire against ! Because she Thought Ernie should write our offer?.. I emailed and tried to call Ernie he did not answer for 2.5 hours " instead on a group message between He and Kandie Fredrick " and us , he wrote Lisa I do not want to write your offer ! On file ) also! So at that point we told Kandie Fredrick, as you see Ernie don't wish to write our offer " so then she proceeded to write " on file in a text " at this point I DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE WRITING YOUR OFFER ?. .. This is complete discrimination! she took it UPON "herself to involve a personal friend " in a Real Estate business Transaction? As a buyer / consumer we Are aware of our RIGHTS " To be able to CHOOSE " a trusted realtor to write up an offer " And when asked by the consumer in writing : that realtor should be OBLIGED to do so " and be great full they were chosen ! She don't even know us ! We are good hard working citizens with values ! When I called her back to ask why ? She stated the offer is to low and that she verbally talked to the sellers and the said offer to low ? We were not far off on the price ,, I then said , we want it written up " That way it gives the sellers a chance to view the offer" themselves and also gives them a chance to COUNTER ! Our offer ! Of what the will accept! as a PRICE POINT , she flat out refused ! And on text ( documented Said to get another realtor to write up our offer !! We will report this unethical work practice to the: California Department of Real Estate Fresno , Ca 93721 The Realtor Code of Ethics " are in place for a reason " To hold them accountable! To treat consumers and potential clients with respect ! And dignity " and not to break client privacy Acts " Also disclosers are in place for this purpose to protect us as consumers!
