From pricing the original listing to preparing the house for the market, to actually getting the house listed during a tough time of the year, his expertise was spot on. Throughout our process, he continually anticipated what could happen down the road in the transaction and that made all the difference. He made the transaction much less stressful by taking on so many of the required tasks and just handling them. It was much less stressful than transactions we've done in the past. We would highly, highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to accomplish their real estate goals in north San Luis Obispo County.

Robert is the ultimate professional and excels at communication. No question went unanswered (and we had many). Robert is reliable, respectful, and consistently goes above and beyond for his clients. His attention to detail--while still keeping an eye on the big picture--is a rare quality you'll be lucky to find elsewhere. Robert truly embodies a trifecta: knowledge, professionalism, and an exceptional eye for detail.

She was so helpful through our search, as non-local buyers in a very competitive market. She did so much to help us find the perfect place. Just recently, we had a property to sell and there was no question we'd be working with Terri. She gave us great insight into what we needed to do to get it ready to list and we had it sold and transaction completed in record time. (I cringe to think of where we may have landed without them!) They helped pick us up and show us around when we didn't have a car. When it came to negotiations, they offered sound advice leading us to something of value that we could afford. We would highly recommend their team, especially Caroline who was our primary agent. However, one great aspect is that they work together, so all of them (+Sarah, Karina, and Summer) helped us out with various aspects from offers to showings. Relocating to a different region can be challenging, but thanks to their local knowledge and patience, they helped put us at ease. We are so grateful--thank you Weber Team!

Bad experiences with not one but two agents from Paso ReMax. First time we used them to buy and…read morethe agent treated us poorly because we weren't super wealthy buyers & wanted to stick to a spending limit. We finally found a starter house but as soon as we closed Escrow, BOOM the agent wouldn't return our calls & we had to contact the broker to resolve about 3 major issues w/the place. Then shame on us for giving Parkside ReMax another shot down the road when we sold a house. We used a different agent but again, because it wasn't a super expensive property the agent put out minimal effort and since the market was good our house basically sold itself. We paid thousands in commission cash (agent wouldn't negotiate and we were foolish to not shop around more) and we got very, very little service in return. No more Parkside ReMax for us. Ever.

One of the worst financial mistakes I've ever made was agreeing to work with Jamie Kelton at…read moreParkside Real Estate. Because of her incompetence, she drafted a terrible contract for the sale of my home with buyers who weren't qualified to buy, and I took the home off the market for 4 months during prime selling season. The deal was contingent on the buyers selling their house, but within days after moving into my home they breached the contract by taking their home off the market. I was extremely concerned, but Jamie dismissed my inquiries and tried to convince me that everything was normal. After 3 months when it was clear Jamie's so-called "buyers" weren't going to buy my home, we had to get legal help to move them out. Now I'm stuck paying the mortgage on the house that hasn't sold plus rent on the place I moved into. I spent thousands of dollars cleaning and restoring my home to salable condition, and have to pay the multiple utility bills her buyers skipped out on. Because of Jamie, I've suffered many sleepless nights worrying about how to make ends meet. I've had lawyers and real estate professionals review the documents that Jamie created, and they were aghast at how badly her deal was structured. And when her buyers finally moved out of my home, she left them and me hanging high and dry by failing to show up for the final walkthrough. Normally during a walkthrough, the real estate agent is supposed to show up with a check list for the departing tenants to sign agreeing to fix or pay for listed damages. Jamie was nowhere to be found. I also tried contacting Jamie and her firm to work things out directly, but they refused to speak with me or accept any responsibility. Instead of dealing with a customer service problem like adults, they immediately had multiple lawyers contact me and my husband with thinly veiled threats. There's nothing left for me to do but tell my story on the Internet, because they won't listen. If you value your wallet and your peace of mind, don't ever work with Parkside or Jamie Kelton.
