That is because I haven't had a great experience with either of them. After having a very terrible experience at JJ's Auto service which is right next door and please see my review for that. I had an excellent experience at Boswell's which is where I got everything fixed for a fraction of the price. Bill and Tom, the latter of whom is the owner we're super friendly and nice. Tom's wife answers the phone and is polite and courteous. I wanted the job done quickly and efficiently so that I could get my car back on the road otherwise I wouldn't be able to move forward with the rest of my work in business meetings they were very understanding of that and made sure that they did everything to accomplish it and exceeded my expectations I have absolutely nothing horrible to say about them because they're such wonderful folks and apparently they've been in business for a very long time and they know what they do and they're good at it. If you ever find yourself stuck in the area and need car repairs I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone

They were nice enough to return the wrong ones, and pick up the replacement brakes from the auto parts store. They take it back 1/31/22 Told car is ready again take it for a test drive check engine light comes on car stars losing power. 2/1/22 Told vehicle is ready again this time the engine sound like it's about to fly out the car. The mechanic broke motor mount. 2/6/22 10am Told vehicle is completed. This time test drive and brake light, abs and traction control. I tell them Monday I will be coming to get it and take it elsewhere for a inspection. 2/6/22 7:30pm get a call the mechanic was in coming out of THE SUPER 8 MOTEL IN WALDORF PULLED OUT IN FRONT A TRACTOR TRAILOR!! The partner of the owner goes by P.J was on site asked if we had full coverage and stated the mechanic is a independent contractor who was driving my car after hours so they are not liable. This for I received my insurance deductible of 500 dollars. The owner Keon Wilson says he will reimburse me my 4,767.88 for my engine however I have not received it or any information on when or how I will be reimbursed. Just excuses! I asked why the business insurance is not paying for it? He said "because the vehicle was not in the shop at the time of the incident, the mechanic a independent contractor who was driving the vehicle after hours that's where the problem comes up". So now I'm out of a vehicle , 4760 for the engine not to mention the 1,000 I spent on tires new tires. The mechanic/driver provided our insurance to the state trooper (this is now a at fault accident on my insurance). I am mad as hell!! This is going to be a long drawn out process in court now. Please beware and stay away from Key mechanics in Waldorf md!!

I don't know why I went there for a oil change and then he's gonna tell me when I'm tired of waiting, they have to do a tire rotation and I'm sitting here saying my car doesn't need a tire rotation because the tires are different in the front and the back and he was like no n it was additional 15 minutes .. I go up to him again after that time pass and he says another 10 minutes just to reset my dashboard ... I just would not ever go for an oil change again.

Listen. That is what Zack does. You tell him your problem and he fixes it. Plain and simple. In a matter of one hour I called, explained that I needed a headlight fixed on my husband's truck and how nobody in this area seemed to want to touch it (I guess because of the intricacies involved) but when I called Zack and explained all this, I asked him straight up, what is gonna make you any different than anywhere else I called because everybody's telling me this that and the third.. basically telling me that I needed to take it to the Mercedes dealer. He literally told me what's gonna make me different is that I'm gonna actually look at your vehicle and tell you what we need to fix this headlight. He said the only thing I can't do is give you an estimate over the phone because I don't know what type of work needs to be done but I can tell you that I can do the work. So I then asked him what the turnover was like-how long would they have the vehicle. He said that's another thing. When you bring me your car, there is no sitting around waiting-you bring it-we fix it; we tell you what it's gonna cost and if you agree, it's done. So immediately I told Zach OK this is my husband's truck. I'm gonna call him. I'm gonna tell him to bring that truck around there and like clockwork he did and Zack did what he said he was gonna do. He even went above and beyond by ensuring that my husband got a ride back to his job after he dropped the truck off and picked him up also to come and get the truck when he was finished-which took no time. I cannot recommend this place enough. The time it took to do the work, the price and the customer service were all 1000 out of 10. Even if it's something you think that they don't specialize in-ask. Because that was me. I knew they were a collision shop, but I didn't know whether or not they would be able to just fix this headlight for us (as many denials as we got ) and all within an hour or so of me calling to dropping it off, it was done. To Zack and his team...thank you. The above and beyond service from your business is gonna take it far. You have life long customers in us, and anybody else that I can get the word to. You guys rock.
