Nakita's paw print and clipping of her fur.

We put our Nakita girl down last December so this review is long over due. Our dog was almost 15 years old and rapidly declining. Dr. Olsen was very quick to respond and had availability the very next day. She gave us great information on how to keep Nakita comfortable until her arrival. Our family cannot express our gratitude enough for Dr. Olsen and her care for us and Nakita especially during the final moments. She also helped clean Nakita and comforted us as well - letting us know the process and explaining each step as it was occurring. Dr. Olsen is very kind and caring. I strongly recommend her. Thank you, Dr. Olsen.

It has taken me a while to be in an emotional place to write this review. I'm sure I'll cry somewhere in the middle of it, but here it goes... We received the news that my beloved Rascal was in stage four kidney failure. Three days before Christmas. We called around and Amy was available to help us through the process. I dreaded every minute leading up to letting my boy go. Amy came to our house and loved on him while she told us what the process was. She told us that we could take as much time as we needed. She was gentle, loving, and patient. Once the procedure was completed, Dr Amy made a paw print for us to keep. She put my boy into a beautiful basket and covered him in a blanket. She let me take him to the car and allowed me to take my time when saying goodbye. The process was in no way easy, but it was peaceful and cathartic. Knowing that he was in the hands of someone who cared about him, my pain, and his gave me peace that I would not have gotten at the vets office. A few days after we said goodbye, I received a wonderfully sweet and thoughtful condolence card in the mail. I lost it all over again. I wanted to hug her and say thank you. Knowing that he left this world being loved made me feel a comfort that I didn't know I would have. I appreciate Dr Amy more than she will ever know. If you ever have to make this awful decision, she will help you and your loved one through. And yes...I am totally crying now.

Dr. Amy came to help my sweet 18 year old kitty (Mia) cross the rainbow bridge. She was so wonderful and sensitive to our grief. I would highly recommend her services.

Amy was able to come over, and help give him a death and a ceremony that was dignified and even beautiful.

They treat you as if your a pet yourself, every time I tried to order pet meds they would just decline it so I found out through 1-800 pet meds, Im not sure if they were pissed that i didnt buy it from them or what, but instead of declining it why not call me and say "hey we just recived this order from 1-800 pet meds but we dont have this record on file why dont you stop by so we can do the checkup" Nope I have to be the one to reach out to them, I would give this place 0 stars if I could, there was never a single person in there that looked happy or could talk to me like an adult, NEVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE

I've been a client at All Four Paws in Suisun City, CA for the past 2-3 years, but my most recent…read moreexperience has left me deeply concerned and disappointed. First, I was shocked to see the clinic owner publicly posting dogs' photos, medical records, and medical histories online in response to a review they did not agree with. As a client, this felt highly inappropriate and alarming. Whether intentional or not, it raises serious concerns about privacy, professionalism, and ethical boundaries. Clients should never fear that their pet's medical information could be shared publicly as retaliation. Second, in all my years coming to this clinic, I have never once been allowed to speak directly with a veterinarian or see a vet in person--not during exams, not during treatment discussions, not ever. You're not permitted to go inside for an appointment, and all communication is filtered through front desk staff or nurses. Instructions and recommendations are relayed secondhand, which leaves you wondering: Is there even a vet on duty? As a paying client, this lack of transparency is unsettling. The front desk staff often appear disgruntled, and while the nurses do their best, they are the only point of contact you ever get. Medical guidance should come directly from a licensed veterinarian--not passed along indirectly while the client remains completely removed from the process. My breaking point came when my dog contracted a virus. At a time when empathy, reassurance, and clear communication were critical, the response I received was cold and dismissive. After spending nearly $3,000 on exams and prescriptions, the complete lack of compassion was heartbreaking. I felt like a transaction--not a concerned pet parent. If you're looking for a clinic where you may never see a veterinarian in person, where communication is indirect, and where the focus appears to be more on revenue than genuine care, then All Four Paws may be for you. However, if you want transparency, empathy, and a vet who actually speaks with you and treats you like a human being--not just a bill--consider going elsewhere. There are other vets in the area who truly care. The contrast between the level of care provided and the image presented (including luxury vehicles prominently parked out front) only adds to the discomfort. Trust is essential in veterinary care, and unfortunately, that trust has been lost here.

They talked to me about his diagnosis, the expectations for his life, interventions, treatments, and palliative treatment . They gave various estimates for the treatments to help me make an informed decision. If I had my way, I would keep him alive forever, but I couldn't do that to my boy. We let him go peacefully. I'll reach out to this place again one day when I find another fur baby, they've been incredibly compassionate.
