Their support staff treats each case as if it's the most important thing they will do that day and do not hesitate to reach out to their colleagues in the event they are posed with a problem they can't personally answer (which is rare). Unbelievable experience and exceptional service from start to finish !!…read more I only wish I hadn't put off getting my ducts cleaned as long as I did . Part of the reason was dreading the search for a company I could trust, and then dealing with poor communication, bad service, or unprofessional people in my house. I found Paine Family Air Duct Cleaning on Google and sent a text right from the listing. They responded almost immediately. I gave them my name and address, and after a short back-and-forth we had the service scheduled for just over a week out. The day before, they sent a heads-up text confirming the appointment, along with what they needed from me -- moving furniture, making sure everything was accessible, clearing the driveway, etc. The morning of, Case texted about an hour ahead to let me know when he'd be arriving. He showed up exactly on time and was incredibly professional, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. He got right to work and sent photo updates throughout. The whole job took a couple of hours. They accept cash, check, or credit card (small fee, as is normal). You'd be crazy to roll the dice on another company. Hiring these guys is a guarantee you'll get the exact same experience and service I did -- they're a small, locally owned family operation. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had with any home service company. If you're on the fence, let this be the reason you reach out, send them a text right now, and get your duct cleaning scheduled.
