My boat had some steering problems. I took it into them. What a mistake that was. They kept it 2 weeks longer than promised and when I finally got it back, the power steering leaked badly. Took it back, the said they forgot to tighten a hose. When it got it back, the power steering reservoir was empty. Took it back a third time plus complained to the owner. They "fixed" it again. It has worked the rest of the summer but, now I always have to check the fluid level because I never know if they really fixed it. I will never go back. They lost a long time repeat customer because their mechanic apparently has no idea how to check his work.

Took it in to get fixed the last time and to get it winterized and never heard back from them when it was done. They ended up not fixing it till this Spring and expected us to pay for the winterizing over the winter when we didn't even know if it was done. They charged us late fees and all for the winterizing. When we got it back here in the Spring they told us it was fixed and water tested. We took it out for the 1st time over the weekend and it over heated and had the same leak as last year that they said they fixed. Now we get to take it back in and probably wont have the boat back by the end of the Summer again. Very disappointed in the communication and dedication of this place.
