When she stopped to pick out fabric they never said it would cost more (over quote). I would have told them yo keep it but it was my wifes grandmothers chair and I told her I would get it done for her birthday. I about had a heart attack ws hen we picked it up. After second message I sent him one asking if he was a Licensed Electrician. I mentioned to him how he quoted me two different quotes in less than a hour. Third & last message said only Yes. I didn't feel comfortable with his replies & felt he seemed untrustworthy, to me anyway. He did answer my request right away, I appreciated that.
