Knocking off a star because they did leave a lot of damage to the trim of multiple doorways. They warned us they would be a knick but I didn't realize the extent of the damage that would be done so I wish there had been a little more communication. The damage repairs ended up costing us hundreds of dollars, so I wish had been presented options, rather than them pushing to get the job done. I also didn't appreciate them stepping on our rug with their shoes and smoking on our front lawn (and leaving the trash from it there too).

Boris and Eddie were humble and pleasant people to deal with. I had a tight schedule with the elevators between two buildings and was really worried we wouldn't be able to get everything done in the time slot. But, they were efficient and got everything done 20 minutes early. Left them a big tip as a result. What I look for are, honest, hard working people that listen seriously and care about their business and that's the experience I got. From the get go, in talking to Syed to book the move, I found him to be very accommodating, polite, and as previously mentioned his rates were very fair. The day of the move, they were punctual, efficient, professional, hard working and took extra care with my two items, which were fragile. I had a very heavy marble dining table and a glass topped coffee table. When they moved the items into my apartment, they went the extra mile, and unboxed them for me, and put the packing boxes in the recycling for me. I would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them to others.
