And I say "similar" services because I only had them clean 3 bathrooms, one bedroom and the common areas - my regular company does all that plus two additional rooms for half the price. You can tell right away that they truly care about their clients and treat you like family. Old towels were left on racks, zero new towels were put out, sand all over luggage racks, shower and tubs. Shower and sliding glass door still dirty with smudges. Dirt all over floor. No hard surfaces wiped. They put king sheets and pillowcases on queens beds. They thought they would get away with not washing any of the linens on 3 of the beds so found hair everywhere. Dead flies left on floor and windows sill. Placemats left stained and dirty. Sand not swept off porch and outdoor furniture never wiped. I paid extra to have cigarette waste removed that shouldn't have been there and they completely disregarded that request. Storage closets left disorganized, freezer not cleaned. Dishwasher full of dishes and not put up. Welcome basket not done correctly. Games in shed tossed on floor and not put up correctly. Linens are left wet in bag for days. Beach equipment shoved in corner and not put back straight. Linens on bunk beds left hanging underneath untucked. Beds not made according to photos that were given. Trash and sand left in nightstand drawers. No make up towels were put out. Hand and dish soaps not topped off. Hair around toilets. Extra TP left out of container. Back gate left open and laundry entry door unlocked. Pillows on couches were smashed into couch. Sink nozzle left out. Drawer left open and content smashed inside. No trash bag was left in trash can. Upstairs toys not put back according to photos. None of the topper quilts are being cleaned. TP ends not stamped or folded like they promised. Oily grease residue left on kitchen table. Put trash cans in grass instead of where they go and killed the grass. Some blinds left open and some closed. Temperature not set back to what is listed in instructions. Pictures were left crooked on wall. I'm sure I am missing more issues. I have pictures to prove everything. This is a friendly warning so someone else doesn't get burned like I did with this new ownership. I am fortunate to be able to get it cleaned before the new renters arrived.
