One thing to be aware of is the building has a very strong musty smell. If you have allergies or are sensitive to dust or odors, definitely keep that in mind. The biggest downside for me is the customer service at the front. They are not always very friendly or helpful, and they often seem unaware of vendor-specific sales or discounts. If you are interested in buying several items from one vendor and want to ask about a bulk discount, getting someone to contact the vendor can be a hassle. Checkout can also be slow, especially when items need to be wrapped or packaged. That said, the store itself is absolutely worth browsing if you have the time and patience. There are a lot of treasures to find--you just need to go in knowing that the shopping experience can be a little cumbersome once you are ready to buy.

What a gem of a store....it was boutique plus, plus!!! This store has my heart. It was hard to narrow down my shopping since I had to be mindful that I had a carry on and personal item to travel back home. I couldn't resist and decided to purchase items and just ship them to myself back home. I bought a shawl/jacket in the most wonderful Olive Green color that is perfect for walking and driving in. I also got the softest scarf. Customer service was top notch. I saw this scarf on display on a mannequin and I asked if it came in different colors and they went to go look since I am not a big fan of the browns in my attire choices. I got a gray/black combo scarf. Since we had cooled down significantly as we were shopping, we got hungry and asked if we could place the items on hold since we didn't want to carry our purchases until the end of our exploration and headed back to the car. I gave them my name, they placed the items on hold and we went to eat. When we came back, the store associate remembered my name and that our items were on hold. She also told me that they have a website with many items for sale from their actual sales floor that could be shipped and proceeded to tell me how the store got started. She wrapped the items with care and off we were. Prices are completely reasonable for a store of this caliber. This store could easily fit into the vibe of Stanford Shopping Center, Santana Row, downtown Carmel, etc.....but I KNOW that this place will blow any rivals strictly due to their fair pricing, storefront size and their unique items. It not only has the charm and magicalness of walking into a witch's cottage or a fairy garden shop, but is also a time capsule where you can find calendars from 2007 with whimsical fairies that you can still buy today. In other places, I would absolutely be put off by the old merchandise, but in a place like Forget Me Not Factory, it absolutely fits the vibe of the establishment, and I actually really enjoyed finding old things for sale there. It felt like stepping into the past, and I cannot wait to go back. Whether to find new items for my garden or supplies to make my next Ren fair costume.

Oh my goodness. The name of the store says it all I have never seen such a junkie store in all my life. The merchandise is cheap and overpriced and the assortment of merchandise is so undefined I can't even tell what kind of store it's supposed to be. Things You Love is a nice little antique store in a part of Reisterstown that's heavy with them…read more The store is an old, remodeled log cabin, and turned into a gift shop. The part of the store with the counter, the register and the high-end display items look like they might belong on Fifth Avenue - if they dealt in such things, I suppose. I found all of the staff to be incredibly helpful and polite, and were even willing to negotiate a bit on their prices. (I try not to push that envelope in such places, it seems and feels a bit tacky or low-class.) Most of the items are really nice, and the rougher items still fit into the "shabby chic" range - and are priced accordingly. The layout of the store invites you to explore, and there's not a whole lot of categorization (I prefer this method). The nice thing about the store is that A.) they have sporadic updates on Facebook, and B.) they're surrounded by other antique stores. While the competition are bit more plain, it's nice that you can shop from store to store. The other shops nearby range from very rough (found/discarded items), to true rustic antiques, to an auction shop/antique mall. I spent nearly an hour and a half browsing the store, and felt bad I couldn't walk away with anything - but did find a nice shelf/side table across the street for $15. If you visit here, and like what you see - I highly recommend Corner Cottage in Hunt Valley.

She swiped my card on square, gave no paper receipt, and said it would be emailed. When I got home and looked at my emails there was a charge of $2650.00 on my credit card!!!!! She won't return it, sent me a slew of nasty disgusting messages, and has had her friends harass me online. She needs to pay me back immediately and let me return them. What she did is deplorable. Since this is the first antique store you come across after leaving the parking area, it probably gets a lot of the initial foot traffic. My advice would be to keep walking and check out the other two stores farther down the street. They are much larger, have a better overall selection, and I found their pricing to be much more reasonable. I shop antique stores regularly and understand that pricing can vary based on condition, rarity, and the individual seller, but the difference here was significant enough that I would not personally shop here again.
