We took it in to get cleaned up after a bag installation mistake that filled the compartment with filth. I was prepared to buy a new machine. They said they could put it right and for a few hundred bucks up charge they could make it "look and function like new." I told my wife no way. She told me to get out of the way and ordered the service upgrade. She was right. They made the vacuum look and function like new. It's been a few months and the vacuum is still like new. Thank you Loveland Vacuum for a little restoration of faith in honest folks doing honest work.

I purchased a refrigerator from the company they suggested and they worked with them on the measurements. When I received my cabinets the layout didn't work! I had to exchange a cabinet for a smaller one. My $5000.00 refrigerator didn't fit, it sticks out because the measurements were too tight. Their response , "oh well". I paid thousands for the cabinets and they didn't fit! They messed up my order and added cabinets I didn't want. I was charged 1000.00 per cabinet regardless of the size 36" drawer or 12" drawer bace. They sent trim and charged me for it I returned products and they NEVER refunded me. They are money hungry and don't deliver what they promise! This company doesn't provide itemized bids or bills. I tried to reason with them for a return or.credit and was denied this simple courtesy. Pretending to be courteous here doesn't change the review or my opinion of your shop. I would advise anyone to skip this shop. - - - - I purchased about $100 worth of fabric and notions a couple of weeks ago. I bought a seam ripper, too. I paid about $11 for it. When I got it home and took it out of the package I found that the point of it was dull, chipped, and it didn't work. I took it back with my receipt and was told that since I had taken it out of the package they couldn't resell it, so no refund or exchange. Wow. Obviously they don't want return business. Just imagine how you get treated if you buy a sewing machine from them and have a problem. It never occurred to me that a business would care so little about customers. Obviously I'll be shopping at the Fig Leaf instead, where they are friendly and make customers feel welcome and appreciated.
