Superb workmanship on reburbishing my deck. Gene and Josh were diligent from the get-go and I am…read moreso very much pleased. The weather for my newly completed project was perfect for, first, Gene multi-hours powerwashing a large deck, which included the spindles, the next day Josh power sanding the floor and Gene and Josh scraping and sanding the railing superbly, the next day hand painting the rails and spindles, and the conclusion yesterday with roll painting the deck floor. Tylor and a gentleman, whose name I forget, replaced a small section of rotted railing with treated wood, replicating the original pattern, and I will paint it in six weeks since the wood is newly treated. Tylor in our encounters from the very beginning was polite and communication was spot-on with my receiving a written quote in email, which I signed. Girldad being insured was important to me; and with that aspect along with Tylor's presentation and quote, my project was a "go"! I feel honored, which I relayed to Gene and Josh, that they dedicatedly worked my project. (Lattice replacement and/or painting was not part of the refurbishment.)

The boss, Brad was very professional in every aspect. Jessie, who did all the siding work, did a wonderful job, like if he was working on his own house. I appreciated all that they did. And the house looks wonderful! What a shame. Met with Gary for an estimate on exterior work to our home. He seemed very…read moreknowledgeable and explained things very well. I thought it was quite strange he didn't write down anything as I was showing him what needed to be done. He told us he would have to contact his suppliers to determine an accurate estimate. He never called back and I ended up calling him a week later. He told me he would have an estimate ready by the end of the day. Again, he never got back to us. I called him again about a week later and left a voicemail. Still no response after a week. I can understand if something came up or if he didn't want to do the project upfront when we met. This has delayed our project from being completed. I believe this is completely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior to customers. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Their quotes have always been the most reasonable I could find in the area. Moreover, the level of honesty, professionalism and responsiveness is unprecedented. Petti Construction replaced our roof last week and the crew of 8 was polite, courteous, punctual, and did an amazing job the entire day. They thought of things and asked questions I would never have anticipated (educating me and sharing why I should not put a satellite dish on my roof). Petti Construction delivers on what they promise every single time. In fact, after a bad storm, Gary Petti just stopped by to check on the roof without any prompting from me! I feel really taken care of with Petti Construction and I know I will call on them again for any future construction needs. They are beyond amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

AJ came out and listened to what we wanted, he took plenty of pictures and made notes. A few days later he got back to us with his quote. I tell ya, he was only $250.00 off of the other quotes we received. So, we were impressed with his pricing ability to be so close to our other quotes. Luckily for us, we went on vacation the day AJ & his team started the project. AJ kept us updated on how it was going throughout the project. We always knew what was going on and where we stood on scheduling. With our Century Home, the bathroom water lines & drains were corroded and clogged, the floor under the toilet was rotted, the bathtub walls, drains and mold was a major headache. Jackson remodeling fixed all of that. Now, I have NO issues with drinking tap water from the bathroom sink and the mold is gone due to the ceiling fan installation. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. We can't wait to have AJ and his team to come back and remodel our kitchen. I highly recommend these guys. UPDATE: The new shower head sprung a leak. AJ came out the very next day, figured out the problem, ordered the defective part and got it fixed ASAP. Luckily, it was a manufacturer defect and was under warranty.
