Luke came out right away with a true "can do" attitude, which was refreshing. I wasn't even shopping price--but as it turned out, Dream Decks was actually more cost-effective as well. By the end of Luke's visit, I told him he had just stolen the job from the other company. I'll never forget his response: "Coffee is for closers." Hilarious--and it stuck with me. Of course, the real question was whether they would deliver on quality--and they absolutely did. The Dream Decks team exceeded expectations every step of the way. They worked through cold and snow with incredible precision, removed our old deck, and built the new one in about a week. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and there was minimal disruption to our daily routine--it honestly felt like they were barely even there. We couldn't be happier with the final result. The deck looks amazing, and we constantly get asked who did the work.
