This review is updated from June of 2019 I believe. My roof was done a few years back. They were…read morethe middle priced quote, very nice and informative owner/salesman, and overall I am very happy with my roof. However, the crew was very disgruntle, clean up was horrible (nails all over yard, gutters filled with shingles, attic a mess). I was led to believe all cleanup would be provided. It also took them over a year to come out and fix the untrimmed shingles that were over hanging on the roof. I feel if I pay $11,000 + for a new roof, everything should be perfect. So, overall happy with the roof and owner/salesman. George was very professional and knowledgeable. Not to happy with the crew and cleanup. Maybe the job was subcontracted?

We essentially needed to gut the majority of the inside and remove all the exterior to the studs, leaving us needing a completely new roof and siding. Brian did an incredible job working with our insurance to get us a whole new roof! His communication is absolutely excellent and it's only exceeded by his desire and ability to make sure his customers are 100% happy with every aspect of every job done. This entire process has been a big nightmare for us, but Brian has made it exponentially easier by his involvement. If you're looking for a general contractor for any housing project, we would highly recommend Brian. He is fair with pricing, a joy to work with and ensures that his crews meet customer satisfaction, 100% of the time.

NIGHTMARE- I grew up as Jamie's neighbor, he was friends with my brothers, and we stayed in touch…read moreafter 40 years so naturally I considered him when remodeling my kitchen. What a mistake!!! He left $56,500 worth of cabinetry in the sweltering heat and humidity in Florida 'Beverly Hillbilly' style with over 100 degree heat index and forecasted storms without my prior consent or knowledge that he didn't schedule his installer to arrive for more than a week away! He drove off without even mentioning that detail. EVERY single cabinet was either damaged, mismeasured, built to the wrong specifications, missing shelves, drawers, door fronts, pullouts, or return panels!!! I've been left with no choice other than to bring the details and the facts to the court for a matter of public record and not public opinion. These photos speak for themselves otherwise. Update: 6/27/23 in response to Owner - Refer to all photos on all review sites for what Jamie considers "above and beyond", "complete", and damage resulting from "all necessary precautions to protect your cabinets" and decide for yourself if this is the level of service or craftsmanship you expect when spending $56,000... Also, he IS YOUR employee and installer, you delivered the cabinets in HIS dump trailer covered in a tarp with no packing materials, YOU scheduled him to come down for install and recover his dump trailer, and you REIMBURSED him for his travel expenses. I was introduced to him by YOU!

We had several micro bursts, mini tornadoes, in or area and needed new roofs on our house a seperate garage along with replacement siding. This company came out within days, not weeks like othe companies. Theysecured the roof right away some we did not sustain more damage inside the house. The crew was very polite and worked from eary morning to well after 6pm. They even offered to help unload a big box for a future project that I will definately hire them for. The owner, Brandon called or text me on a regular basis to let me know any changes in plans, update me on the progress, helped me undersatnd and work with the insurrance people and even made suggestings about picking color and style of roof tilrs and siding color- what was popular, help with re-sale and just give the best road appeal.

In the spring of 2021, Dyer Solutions was hired to replace soffit and fascia as part of an…read moreinsurance claim. He changed the angle of the soffit without consulting me first which resulted in holes being made in my existing siding. It also resulted in the top of my window frame to be inside the soffit. He then had to add additional pieces because the soffit didn't line up going around the house. The soffit was cut very unevenly and was hanging down in several places and it was very dirty. The fascia was overlapped in the wrong direction and the corners of the trim and fascia had large gaps and were filled with quite a lot of silicone. In the peaks, the trim did not meet properly. He also added some ugly bent pieces to where my peak meets the roof. After getting started and removing my gutters, he stopped to work on another job and without gutters, my basement flooded twice. Since he already had the check from the insurance company. I asked him to return the money because maybe this job was too hard for him. He insisted that he would make it right, but things did not get better. He had a spouting company come out before he installed the fascia so I had them leave because I didn't want the new gutters to have to be taken off and put back on. I finally told him to get out and that I would have to pay another company to redo the horrible job he was doing. My house is finally fixed by another company, but unfortunately, because of the holes he put in the siding I couldn't afford to have it back to how it was originally. He refuses to return any of the money and he even insisted that I still owe him money.
