Not only cleaning windows, track and screens, but storm door and track. What a huge difference it makes! After always saying "I'm going to clean," I would get sidetracked and the chore would go to another day. They are now all sparkling clean. I will not go without clean windows again. Denny was on time (for the estimate), reasonably priced and very friendly. I definitely will recommend him to others and use CO Window Cleaning--for me--every 6-months (spring & fall cleaning)!!!

If you deal with them, prepare for poor communication, lies, and doing their job for them. Our solar panels were removed on April 29th, and AFTER they were removed, I discovered that iROOF & RESTORATION didn't even bother to contact my solar company to inform them that the system was being removed so the roof could be replaced. This blatant negligence and lack of coordination could have completely voided our solar warranty, leaving us unprotected because they failed to handle standard industry coordination. The roof was replaced on May 12th. Our nightmare began on May 13th when I contacted Justin (our point of contact throughout the entire process) to ask when the town inspection would happen so our solar panels could go back up. He claimed he "would get an answer on that." On May 18th, Justin messaged me saying, "So we are planning our final inspection after that is done we are going to remount the solar panels." Turns out, he was lying. After weeks of hearing nothing, I called the town myself on June 1st, only to find out iROOF & RESTORATION had never even scheduled the inspection. I literally had to send Justin the information he needed to schedule it. It gets worse. An inspector came out on June 2nd, but the roof failed inspection because they didn't bother to leave a ladder for him. I contacted Justin again. After some back and forth, they sent a woman out to place a ladder for the follow-up on June 3rd. She couldn't even set it up correctly (it didn't extend the required 3 feet above the roofline), so the inspector couldn't climb it. Luckily, he was able to pass it from what he could see from the ground. Because of their constant administrative failures, our solar panels weren't reinstalled until June 9th. I'd say the fastest thing about this entire agonizing process was how quickly they took the payment out of our account. Save yourself the massive headache and avoid Justin and iROOF & RESTORATION entirely.

I went through the entire winter without gutters because they removed them, due to Bryan saying they didn't remove gutters in the winter. It was their fault and their timeline! Yet I had to hire a different company to install a new gutter. I paid them almost 12k and they never finished the job. When it rained after they "finished" my roof, particles of the roof would wash off through my spout. The solar panels were not removed properly and my daughter's room got a leak from the pipe of the solar panels. The shingles of the shed are already falling apart. The metal that goes around the fire place (not sure what it's called) was not done properly and looks amateur. I have tried over and over to contact them with no response. When I do hear back, they say someone will by at my house at a certain time, and of course no one shows up. They are clearly hoping I will just give up because it's been almost a year, yet they claim I owe them $3,000. I said let's go ahead and go to small claims and they backtracked and said someone named Raul would be at my house to help, and after he didn't show up, he called and said he would be the next weekend. I will not be bullied- and I wonder how many other clients have been bullied or harassed by this business owner!?? We scheduled a window cleaning for 1pm yesterday, April 28, 2014. It was very windy so at 12pm I called Cedar to confirm and he said they'd be there. No mention of a delay. I stayed home all day and at 3:30 pm still no window cleaners, no courtesy phone call, nothing. My husband called Cedar and gently suggest we reschedule due to the delay, and Cedar was dismissive and rude, telling him "They'll be there soon. I have other things to be doing right now" and hanging up on him! Excuse me Cedar, but I had other things to be doing too during the three hours I was waiting for your team to show up! When still no one had shown up by 4pm we cancelled our service. I can't believe we were treated this way by a company named after the Hindu god of yogis! Shame on you!

Maybe my review can help you make the best decision on who to choose for your window cleaning. My wife contacted Eyes of Shiva to clean the windows of our house. She's on the board of our small 6 unit HOA and offered to talk to the other homeowners to see if others were interested, and if she could get a few more people in, could we get a break on the price. He agreed so she got 3 other homeowners on board. The owner came to the property to assess the units and create a bid. Later he left a weird voicemail with me about my wife not getting back to him, as if the decision was made that they weren't going to choose them. I had to remind him that I was not the point person for the window cleaning project, and that he needs to speak directly with my wife, as she's on the HOA Board. Just before the cleaning he sent an email to my wife about his crew coming to clean and that he wanted payment same day of service. Absolutely reasonable. We let the participating homeowners know. Day of service the owner shows up with his crew. He gets introduced to the other homeowners so that arrangements can be made regarding access and timing for the day's cleaning, and give him an opportunity to make arrangements for payment. His workers are nice guys, professional, they get to work and he leaves. That evening, after folks got home from work, the homeowners expected to talk to the EoS owner about the work, pay the bill, etc. but he didn't show up. We had made arrangements for payment and we assumed that the owner was talking to the other homeowners about the respective work done and payment, but a couple weeks later he emailed my wife asking for payment from the other homeowners too. Other homeowners said they didn't hear from him about their quality of the work or the payment. In one case, they had to track him down on how to send payment. Weird. Why won't he talk to the other homeowners? Completely unprofessional in my opinion. But despite my wife's busy schedule, she did HIS job and wrangled the checks, then sent them off in the mail. A few days later he sends another email asking where payment is. My wife explains that she sent it to his company address in the signature of his email. He sends back an email scolding her, saying that he doesn't put his address in his email signature. Well, he absolutely did, and my wife sent him the email as proof. I assume he went to his PO Box and got the checks, but why make her do all the work? Why not confer with the other homeowners about the work he did at their houses, and fix mistakes or collect payment? The window cleaning itself was acceptable, we've had better and worse, but dealing with the owner of the company was a frustrating and confusing experience. There are easier companies to work with out there. I suggest you do your research and go with one of them.

They covered everything with plastic and did exactly as I asked them to with regards to *removing* everything that had mold on it (removing rather than cover with Kilz). They place was left clean and fresh when they were done. However, their communication and follow-up is subpar and highly disappointing. I had to follow up 2 times to get the results for the mold test conducted after the clean up. I also had to follow up for them to pick up their air scrubber a week after the job was done. They do great restoration work, but you have to be active and stay on them with follow-ups until all their equipment is picked up from your house and you have the test results you ordered.
