I called left a voicemail and Denny said and did call me back before day's end. Denny came out to give me an estimate and he had time to do my 4-large and 3-small, condo (ground level) windows. Not only cleaning windows, track and screens, but storm door and track. What a huge difference it makes! After always saying "I'm going to clean," I would get sidetracked and the chore would go to another day. They are now all sparkling clean. I will not go without clean windows again. Denny was on time (for the estimate), reasonably priced and very friendly. I definitely will recommend him to others and use CO Window Cleaning--for me--every 6-months (spring & fall cleaning)!!!

This was the first time we used True North and I will say that they were hands-down the best specifically for the actual restoration work. The quality of work they did was excellent. They covered everything with plastic and did exactly as I asked them to with regards to *removing* everything that had mold on it (removing rather than cover with Kilz). They place was left clean and fresh when they were done. However, their communication and follow-up is subpar and highly disappointing. I had to follow up 2 times to get the results for the mold test conducted after the clean up. I also had to follow up for them to pick up their air scrubber a week after the job was done. They do great restoration work, but you have to be active and stay on them with follow-ups until all their equipment is picked up from your house and you have the test results you ordered.

I asked if he thought the deep and old stains might come out with this additional service. He said yes. After allowing the carpet to dry for 2 days with no traffic (we left town) I returned and the stains were still there. I called and stated that the upcharge for the degreaser didn't have the effect I anticipated and I was asking for a reduction in the "degreaser" service. I was told there was no gaurantee it would help. That is NOT what the tech told me. I asked and he said "yea, that will definitely help bring them out as they are greased based stains". They did a nice job with the regular carpet clean but be wary of upcharges.

I am a single mom to two teen boys, so my house is always in a perpetual state of disarray. That coupled with this being a busy time of year for my profession has left me with little time for chores. I'm sure you can imagine my panic when I got a call from my mother who said she was flying in town in two days to surprise the boys & 'help' me out for a few days. When I say I called literally everyone I'm not joking, but almost no one had next day openings. The ones that did were almost double my budget! I just so happened to stumble across these cleaners on Yelp. I almost skipped by when I didn't see any reviews & noticed it was a rather new company. I kept reading though, and liked what I saw. Any concerns that remained, Brenda (one of the owners) had calmed by the end of the call. To top it off they fit me in next day for a reasonable price. Donald & Jacob (the other owners & the ones who cleaned for me) showed up on time & with everything they needed in hand. When they left about 4 hours later I swearI could see my reflection in every surface of my home! My home had not been that clean since we moved in!! I can't begin to express the amount of stress this business has lifted off my shoulders, not to mention saving me from a bunch of nagging from my mom Donald & Jacob sat me down afterwords and came up with a custom plan with me where they would come out every other week & would taken some of the housework off my plate, while not doing so much that their service became to expensive. I was so impressed with each staff members friendliness, compassion promptness, & attention to detail. This goes to show that sometimes taking a chance works out!
