I have never had a salon more welcoming and professional and it's such a relaxing environment . They are all about customer service. The shampoos and head massages are to die for! Since starting there, my hair has never looked better. I've always had fine, thin and lifeless hair. Now, my hair is not only thicker, but actually has body and bounce. This took better quality hair care products with routine trims and excellently placed highlights. I always feel so pretty when I leave here. Did I mention the scalp massages during shampoo??? Ahhh! I called to make an appointment and their schedule was completely open. I chose the time that worked well for my schedule. I showed up a few minutes before my scheduled time and they said it would be 30 minutes. Why make an appointment if you are not going to be able to have your appointment?! I was unable to stay. She finessed me for $150 and I promise you my hair looked like a toddler could have done the job. Again the only good thing was that I was in and out in no time but Im sure that you can see why. Go try another braider....hell, learn how to braid yourself.
