Sue S kept me posted on the impact of the virus in Italy and when all travel for tourists was banned, Sue was in constant contact with us and with the travel desk in Italy and promptly refunded the entire trip. This is my second dealing with Celtic Tours and won't be my last. Ireland last year was awesome! Fantastic dealing from start to finish on both trips. Maybe next year Italy will happen but your great customer service has won a customer for life!

No one understand the situation of the client and trying to help, each person in the shift will say - we are working on it sir, give us sometime and get back to you then the next shift person will start from the beginning, we need to explain from the beginning and he/she will say the same answer - we will get back to you. The most disappointing things to hear from them - 1. you need to contact airline helpdesk from airport 2. the airline Helpdesk is not available. This answer came from shift lead. I need to conference him and airline helpdesk to speak. Probably, I would have made 20 calls and 25+ emails, spent 10 hrs.. times to get the ticket rebooked. Despite we told them ready to pay for additional charges which we did finally almost 85% of original ticket price for the family, they took 2 days time to rebook after the trip got cancelled. that too not for the actual destination which we want to go. I need to book domestic flight to go to final destination because of the situation. This is worst part of starting summer vacation after months of planning and getting the plan ruined like this. Even if we need to pay couple hundreds more thru airlines booking, popular booking sites, we will have peace of mind when we need to change plan. STAY AWAY from this company.

False advertisers, When you search for an itinerary the site shows a price and when you try to book…read morethe itinerary after completing the card details when you click "Book" you will get an error message saying unable to book and to call them directly. When you call them directly they ll say their site has issues and they will book it with them and the price for that itinerary has changed and is higher now and they ll ask you to "Zelle" the new amount. If you say you dont want to "Zelle" it but pay using a credit card they will give a significantly higher amount. So they just want you to transfer money directly that too a different higher amount than what you see on the website, you cannot use a credit card and expect a reasonable price for the same purchase. If you Zelle it then your money is gone with a credit card you can dispute a transaction if there are issues. So basically the site is a non functional front to hustle you into calling and paying more money than what you thought you will get and that too direct money transfer not a credit card transaction.
