It was my first time at their plumb location, but glad I didn't have to wait long. There was only one lady working and she was taking care of another client. I've only had them over plucked and then I remembered why I only usually see Sita or wait for her on her days at two of the other locations. I don't want to bash on the lady that was here, but I'll let my brows grow back a bit and go back to my usual lady. Also, I was charged more than their posted price in the window.

She is also very sweet and kind. We were lucky too that she was located in South Reno and was just about a 10 minute drive from our place. Her in studio experience could be even better if she were to provide bottled water (she doesn't currently offer this so make sure you bring water! The heater to keep the baby comfortable can make you a bit toasty and a 2 hour photoshoot is a long time to go without water when breastfeeding). Overall, I'd highly recommend her services. I thought the turnaround time was fast too (about a week).
