Yet after meeting Katia virtually, we felt so comfortable with her and happily moved forward. And I have to say, she moved so effortlessly behind the scenes that I later had to ask her when she arrived because she blended in so perfectly. Katia just has such a warm presence and is lovely to be around! Katia captured the experience so well and when she sent us our first slideshow, my husband and I cried immediately after pressing play. She greeted me and I sat down and waited for my turn. My eyebrows were a bit uneven, left one was thicker than the right. I've only had them over plucked and then I remembered why I only usually see Sita or wait for her on her days at two of the other locations. I don't want to bash on the lady that was here, but I'll let my brows grow back a bit and go back to my usual lady. Also, I was charged more than their posted price in the window.
