Jennifer walked me through the process from start to finish. She showed me the different types of eyebrows and explained what techniques they were, what tools they she uses, and whether or not they're suitable for my skin type. We went over different color options, the whole process, and after care. She was very communicative throughout the whole appointment explaining step by step. She allowed me to be Hands-On when it came to the shape of my brows, even allowing me to draw parts of them myself. I knew exactly what they were going to look like before the tattoo actually began. The whole thing was virtually painless because she used several different numbing creams. She has her own adorable sweet that was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. She told me what sounds to expect, and what feelings to expect, and I knew exactly what was going on to whole time.
