DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! and DO NOT SIGN HIS CONTRACT!! Does not respect that people have businesses to run. He creates computer problems and then takes your money and runs when he's not willing to come back on site to fix them!! Microsoft had warned that Windows 10 would not be able to work with Windows 7 so we called this guy to help with the transition. He said that our computers should be fine to make this transition. However, he did his "cleaning" of the computers and found "infections". The next day, AFTER his repair, both of the computers started shutting down by themselves!! (That wasn't happening before he got there) We called him the day after to fix them and he came out and fixed the 1st computer that started shutting down. But then that same day the 2nd computer started shutting down just like the other. We called him again, he blamed it on a banking software. So we waited until our bank contact got back from vacation, checked with the bank and they said that wasn't possible! (if he knew what he was doing he would know that) Contacted him on a Friday and he said that he would call me back to set up a time to come out to the office on Monday. Never heard from him! So, the owner of the business called him late Monday afternoon and he kept wanting to repair from a "remote" service. (We do not want to allow remote access) He HUNG UP the phone and texted and I quote "Your signature in the second box at the bottom of the work order completes the job to your satisfaction. Everything worked fine before we left that day. I'm sorry but as it states on the invoice there is no warranty." Really!!! No Warranty!! He will ask you to sign BEFORE completes the work and tells you there is no warranty!! read more

I am not sure why you are bothering responding over a year later, and continue to lie, I NEVER asked for a refund of 3x the amount or I would slam you. I posted my revue then YOU contacted me begging to change the revue asking me what could do you do to get me to change it. I simply said refund my money. That was when I was called WHITE TRASH. MOVE ON, I HAVE. Stop I have the text messages, let this go, I notice you did NOT deny calling me White Trash, and as far as my "boyfriend" you can take it up with him.. A Geek to Go came highly recommended to me. Unfortunately, I have been extremely dissatisfied with this geek. I have experienced extreme hardships and have since moved in with my mother and needed to get our computer set up for my daughter, who is a College of Charleston student. I purchased a new modemn and wireless router and hired Miles to set up our computer, which is a pretty easy task for any geek. I paid what I thought to be a sizable fee for what he did and kind of felt he milked the clock but whatever. Yes, I signed off on the invoice and within a week my daughter tried to access the wireless and it failed. I called Miles and pleaded for him to please come back and reset the wireless connection and was told He was sorry but I signed off on the invoice. Yes I did sign off on the invoice assuming we would have service and that did not happen. His response was well it worked when I installed it. I have been through the hardest of times and I would have thought he could have been a little more compassionate. I am confident that it would have only taken a few minutes for him to reinstall or fix the wireless. Oh well, I will not be calling on this geek and will not be giving any brownie points or referrals his way. read more
