Okay, ignore the ugly pictures. It was bright in my car and I managed to smush the cake. But that doesn't take away from the taste. The chocolate cupcake was a little bit too dense for me, but the strawberry cupcakes were light and good. The tiramisu cupcake (not pictured) was DIVINE. I ate it in two bites and in my car. It did not make it out of the parking lot. This cake is the stuff of dreams. I have been thinking of occasions where I could order it again. My first time using a pro to make a birthday cake because I'm somewhat of an amateur cake artist and have made kids and grandkids cakes for 42 years. But my youngest wanted a "The Good Place" themed cake for her 28th/Golden Birthday, there's a pandemic, and I didn't have the energy so ... Enter the most-recommended bakery in town. As there were specifics I required for the cake, they were more than happy to customize it. I picked the whipped cream chiffon cake in the bright yellow shown on their site; put fruit just around the bottom; had show-classic "Happy forking Birthday, Mad" on top and "Welcome. Everything is fine" written on the cake board. You can see in the pics, it was a smash! And so much more delicious than fondant. read more

I've had such great experiences with a forgetful baker. I ordered Mother's Day cookies and cupcakes for my mom and sister in law and the were beyond gorgeous! I ordered my daughters smash cake for her first birthday and besides being adorable it tasted sooo delicious! I usually don't like frosting but this mango butter cream I ate by it's self! Today I got some taro cup cakes and they were sooo delicious! I didn't know what to expect but this was better than I could have expected! All the other things were great too the strawberry cupcakes, the 4in cake for the mom to be, but these taro cup cakes!!!!! read more

I love the creations and design of the cakes here but haven been disappointed on the two times I've ordered from here. The cake part of the fondant cake was so dried that the birthday girl would rather eat a $4 smash cake from Target than to eat her expensive cake with the beautiful makeup design. I love that the cake is edidable all around but not much fruit in the strawberry add o the buttercream is not very sweet but it just tasted like eating a stick of butter. Our was creamy and smooth. I guess I'm so used to the sorry sweet buttercream so this was unexpected. The cakes were ok. This place is a little more pricey than expected for the taste. The creation is very real! read more

A forgetful baker literally makes whatever you're thinking. This birthday cake was so damn delicious and so pretty. She incorporated all the colors that I love and my favorite plant. You'll be surprised by how many even a 6 or 8 can feed. Her cakes are tall, buttercream to cake ratio is on point and so reasonably priced. Honestly raise your price a bit haha. If I went to another baker with your customizations they would charge you an arm and a leg. The biggest selling point for these amazing ladies is that they are accessible to folks with many price points while still getting that gourmet bakery quality nom noms and service. read more

Local, female-owned business...holllaaaaa! Of course gotta support the peeps during these trying times so I ordered a birthday cake for my friend. So many beautiful options available it was hard to choose but that drip cake with macarons was calling my name! They were good at communicating through email and I was able to plan a time and day to pick up. For timely delivery, make sure you put in your orders early! When I did get to drop off the cake to my friend, I was amazed by how gorgeous and well put together it was. And because I'm greedy, my friend offered me a piece which of course I couldn't refuse. Those macarons are perfect and the cake was light, fluffy, and a perfect buttery sweet. The shop is closed permanently, but the owner still takes orders and bake cakes from her home. Very disappointed with the quality of this cake!! I would also like to share that the owner first told me the cost of a 10" cake is $100, and then 2 days later, she said $105. When I asked why, she never answered but only provided the breakdown of the $105. She charged me $10 for fresh fruits, which is almost non-existent when we cut into the cake. Additionally, the cake was dry! Poor communication and I would never order from this baker again. read more

They said I could pick up the cake between 12:00-4:00pm. That day, I get an email saying the receptionist didn't realize how many cakes they had and requested more time. 5/5 for the beautiful cake that I received and maybe a 2/5 for communication. I really *really* cannot complain though because this is the MOST beautiful cake I've ever seen and I can't stop getting compliments for it. I'm so glad I found this bakery on Instagram because I am more than impressed. For my golden birthday, my mom insisted that I got a number cake. I had a color scheme in mind and was very particular about toppings. I wanted pink, gold, and white. Toppings I wanted were flowers, macaroons, chocolate covered strawberries, and meringue droplets, and chocolate heart shells. They exceeded all expectations. The cake itself was coconut base, and strawberry frosting/icing? Creme? Not sure but it was so fluffy and moist. Not only did everything look amazing but it was absolutely delicious. At $100 total, it was so worth it and added to a perfect birthday party. My only draw-back from this business is the lack of communication. "A forgetful baker" is a pretty accurate name because I constantly had to call and email to make sure things were confirmed for my date and time, and what the cake looked like. I think we had to call over 3 times even to make a deposit. All in all though, it all worked out and I was left with this amazing cake. Thank you to the team! read more

Vuthy is fantastic. She's a great chef, is dedicated to making feel at home and welcome working with her, and keeps her prices very reasonable. My wife and I ordered our wedding cake from her, and in addition to it being one of the best cakes we've ever eaten, it cost us less than half of what we were expecting to pay for a wedding cake. I absolutely plan to order from her in the future, and cannot recommend her highly enough! read more
