Abe and his team were easy to work with, clear communicators, and delivered as promised! I would definitely recommend A+ Fence!

TNT Home Improvements

A few weeks ago I entered a message inquiring about new replacement windows. Thanks to all for…read morereplying and giving me input and recommendations. The feedback was most helpful. I am happy to state that the job has been completed and I now have new, state of the art windows to combat our windy climate. I was contacted by Tad Bjorlie, President and Engineer at TNT Home Improvements. His proposal sounded good, so he came out and gave me a written estimate. The estimate was very reasonable, and TNT uses windows from Amerimax, Windows & Doors, made right here in Loveland, CO. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend TNT Home Improvements for Windows, Doors, Decks, Siding, etc. They replaced 10 standard sized windows and two large picture windows. I'm not going to get into price specifics, as prices can vary with the job and change. If you want any specifics, please send me a private message. TNT is licensed, insured and locally owned. They can provide hundreds of references from satisfied customers. The phone # is 970-663-2TNT. Hire with confidence.

I had high hopes when I met with Dan, the marketing guy from TNT Decking about tearing out our old…read moreconcrete front porch and installing a new wood deck. He was pleasant and friendly and convinced me that his teammates did excellent work, but...marketing people sometimes spin fancy words. That's why they're good at what they do. But...Dan's teammates were NOT what he promised. I won't go into excruciating detail about all the ups and downs of the L-O-N-G process, but suffice it to say: we contracted with them in July for an October start (which was bad enough, but we knew about COVID-related delays so we were ok with that.) BUT...November came and went with no word from anyone. When I called to follow up, the Foreman acted like a whiney baby, making excuses about *how hard his job was!* - and...there were so many typos in his text, I could barely read it! Totally unprofessional on both counts. This went on a few more times: I followed up, and they made excuses for the delay. Finally, just before Christmas, they dropped off the materials at our house. We thought, "Finally!" But it was another three weeks before the crew showed up. And...when they finally did, *they had no idea* of the scope of the project! They didn't have specs, they didn't have the jackhammer they needed to remove the old concrete, and the didn't have the industrial dumpster needed to haul away the debris!! The crew left that morning, without saying a word. Just disappeared. When I called the Foreman again, another lame excuse. More delays. Early in the process, I asked Dan for his recommendations for a concrete contractor for after the deck was done. (We needed new sidewalks around the new deck.) He referred me to a guy named Eddie. Eddie made a meet-up appointment with me for an evening in September. I left work early to get there by 4:30 to accommodate his schedule, and he called me 10 minutes before I got home to ask if he could come the next night instead. I agreed. The next night? He never called, and he never showed up. Never heard from him again. By the time they finally finished the deck *at the end of January,* it was too cold and snowy for the new concrete contractor we hired to pour the new sidewalk we need, so, ever since, we haven't been able to use our front door. In and out through the garage only. When I suggested a discount on the project from TNT due to their company's several errors, poor communication, and three month delay in completing the job, they said no. Can't do that. Really...can't??? So I immediately knew my only recourse was writing a cautionary review. Note: the deck itself looks nice. But the ridiculous clown show of ineptitude we had to deal with makes me confident that ANY other decking company would have been a better choice.

From day one we knew we made a mistake..poor workmanship (OMG I could write a book about that), bad communication, unsupervised inexperienced help, worked only 2-3 days a week for a few hours then left for a week..Been 4 months - YEP 4 MONTHS!! and we are still not finished. He said he didnt have the time or resources to complete the deck, and would THINK WHAT HE COULD DO. Railing is a disaster and needs replaced, numerous issues with the composite deck. He even said he would not accept or pay for the deck as it currently is now. We will need to buy new material for the deck and railings both and hire someone who knows what they are doing to make this project right so we can use it and its not an embarrassment. I have 25-30 pictures of the issues, and a video - he still says he "did what the written agreement says". I even asked Thumbtack to help and they are blind and clueless -saying.."Based on the information reviewed, we found no deviation from the agreed-upon scope of work, nor was there any indication of property damage outside of that scope." Dont think you will get any customer assistance from them! Guess its buyer beware - losing any hope for honest contractors who actually DO WHAT THEY SAY. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY...he tells you what you want to hear and never makes it happen.

We had contracted to have our deck completed. Not only was this done to our specifications, but it…read morewas done enthusiastically and ahead of schedule. Our deck was a small builder grade, virtually unusable, and uncovered. Braidin built the deck and checked with us often on project progress to make sure it was meeting our desire. My wife and I would often comment to each other, how we wish we could hire him for more projects outside of the deck. Hire and contract with confidence!
