We had pavers and turf done at our Denver house - overall, the final product is fairly average, but one thing seriously rubbed me the wrong way. I don't think I'll be using System Pavers again or be recommending their services to anyone. Blake, the woman who came to my house to sell the job to me (and ultimately was the designer) was fantastic - very responsive, very flexible and understood our objectives for the project - she did a great job working through a few different design options with us and we landed on a very practical design that we love. She was pushy in trying to get me to sign the contract on the same day, but I guess you expect this. However, things turned south during installation. At the beginning of construction, we realized that the design was 4 feet short (mutual miscommunication between me/them) and didn't include a drain that was promised for free if I signed the contract the same day (which I did). Blake and the job manager said they would "take care of me" to fix the issues with the design (whatever that means), but then later that week, the job manager texted me that unless I preemptively posted positive reviews on a bunch of websites before the work began (he sent me links to where he wanted the reviews posted), it would be around $1000 change order to address these issues. I asked him to delay the crew from working until the situation was resolved, but he still sent the workers and refused to have them leave my property even after multiple requests to do so. The only way they would leave is when I told them I was going to call the police. This felt so uncomfortable and the job manager totally crossed a line by trying to intimidate me by having the crew trespass on my property - a complete violation of trust and comfort you put in a company working in your house. This put a huge stain on my experience working with System Pavers and I would caution everyone here that some of these reviews may be paid. Eventually the situation was promptly resolved once the original salesperson got involved, but this was such an uncomfortable and frustrating situation we were put in (and I did end up paying for the change order). Also note that they promised us and our friends each a referral payment, which is also on their website and neither of us ever received it. l WOULD STEER CLEAR. read more

System Pavers (SP) installed a large paver patio and walkway in our back yard. The design process was quick and fairly simple as it complemented the general footprint of our previous deck and flagstone walkway. We wanted to hire a company who specialized in pavers and stood by their work. SP has been around for a couple decades in the Denver area and offers a 25 year workmanship warranty - by far the best we found. The construction was a smooth, seamless experience with the workers typically arriving around 7:30 am and working until about 5:45 pm (dark). The crew's teamwork was simply amazing to see. I watched a neighbor undertake a similar project (DIY) and it took him about 2 years to complete - he worked on it every day and even hired a hand or two on occasion. The SP crew completed the job in about 6 days, usually only stopping for lunch breaks here and there. What was even more impressive is they started two days after a big snow storm and had another lighter storm come during the middle of the process. Jesus, our project manager, was on point with managing the job and offering advice on our plans for future usage of the patio. He dropped by at least once every day to check in on the project and coordinate any changes we made. If it weren't for him, we wouldn't have been able to accommodate the new pergola we ordered, nor the hot tub we plan on getting in the near future. His communication was by far the best I have ever dealt with when contracting work out on my house. We still have a lot of work to do to get our back yard in prime condition, but System Pavers got us off to a great start! read more

System Pavers layed a well made, beautiful tile driveway at my home in January 2025! The workman were very skilled and were quick to complete the job. Right about the time they completed my driveway, I discovered water problems in my sewage system located in the upper 3rd of my driveway. I was not sure if System Pavers caused this sewage problem or not. I met with the project manager and forman to discuss same. It was decided that System Pavers would remove 1/3 of upper driveway where the sewage line was located and that a local Plumber Company would repair or replace the sewage line. The sewage line did need replacing & that it was found that it was not System Pavers fault. A reliable plumber service company replaced the sewage line at my expense & then System Pavers agreed to remove and replace 1/3 of the upper driveway at no expense to me., which was so very much appreciated. We had some snowy days, but when the snow disappeared, S.P. was back on the job to replace 1/3 of the upper driveway, which made me so very happy. I now can charge and park my car in the garage and have a very beautiful driveway. System Pavers forman and workmen were very easy to work with and the workers exceptionally skilled, polite and cleaned up in a fine fashion after completing my beautiful driveway. Plus, I still have a 25 year warranty which I can pass onto the next owner of my home. Here's the good the bad & the ugly Good: -Great communication to the point of annoying. In my case the salesman, two people from the home office and the helpful Project Manager. -Did the work in 2 days, despite a very rough patch of lawn to work with. Let's hope that 2 days doesn't translate into bad work - Their website is easy to use and they are very clear on what you are getting and how it will look. Also they keep you up to date on their scheduling. - Financing was easy. - The patio looks great Bad: - Additional fees. They are going to charge you extra for disposal of grass, dirt, rock & roots. They'll even offer to finance it. - Know that these 5 star reviews are written before the job is complete. They offer a discount on the disposal fee if you write them a good review early "So their boss knows that they're doing a good job" - They'll use some high pressure tactics to get you to sign offering all sorts of percentages off. Ugly - They piled 8 inches of dirt and rock up against the siding of my house. I think to ensure proper drainage, but dirt & siding absolutely don't mix. They offered to fix it, but I've been down that road before and said "no". - In doing so, they buried all my ground cover in that area. I had told the helpful Project Manager that i had plantings there, but I don't belive helpful Project Manager was actually there during the installation. read more

Our family purchased a brand new build in Frederick CO. We requested several contractors to come out to our home to bid on our backyard project. Kevin was the representative who came out for System Pavers of Denver. He listened to our thoughts on what we wanted and went to work taking pictures and measurements after we told him our budget. Kevin was able to sketch out a diagram on his IPad within an hour. He went into detail of the quality of workmanship and product System Pavers would provide for us. Kevin Implemented his talents on how we could improve our ideas perfecting our project into something we knew we could afford. We moved forward with SYSTEM PAVERS LLC because we grew confident in their process. The next couple weeks we were contacted by their office team to inform us of each step. They also have a convenient portal that we log into anytime and it shows us our progress and everyone who is assigned to our project. Our project manager Jesus came out to our home and walked us through exactly how our backyard process will work. Jesus was professional and very friendly as well. He answered all our questions, confirmed our product, and assured us his team would complete our project in a timely manner. We are so excited to have our newly professional backyard completed before Easter 2025. read more

System Pavers was unknown to us prior to the end of 2022 when we had a cold call door knocker visit the house inquiring about outdoor projects. After the beginning of 2023 we decided to talk to System Pavers and see what they had to offer. Kelly came to visit and the experience was very positive. He clearly presented the product, listened to our ideas, walked us through some previous installations and showed us how System Pavers could achieve what we were looking for. After a short period of time we decided to move ahead with the work. There were also some very attractive promotional offers that made the cost of the project more palatable. Several months later, and a couple of change orders in the design, construction commenced. We were originally told that the project would take two weeks but it was actually completed in one. Julio and his crew did a fantastic job of demolition and construction and really brought the design ideas from Kelly to life. One really nice feature is the lighting package. At first we were skeptical and almost opted out but now that we have our steps lighted, it's hard to imagine not having them. From the very first meeting that I had with Jared Olson, who bid my project, I knew I would be in good hands with System Pavers. Jared is extremely patient, very personable, and very genuine. Above all of that, he is very articulate and reflected back what my wish was for my project, but in his own words which helped me to clearly know tha we were on the same page. His ability to verbalize in multiple ways ensured me that he knew exactly what I wanted. Besides that, he is kind and funny and just an all-around good guy whom I could call a friend moving forward. From day one when Jesus Luna and Jesus Rivera and their crews set foot on my property, they were all extremely hard workers ,and at the same time, very friendly and polite. They were extremely considerate of my property and making sure that everything that they did was to my satisfaction. They were so incredibly efficient and professional. They finished in four days and upon review, I found three punchlist items that required revision and they came out the very next day and finished it all that same day to my complete satisfaction. My husband and I recently used System Pavers to completely landscape our new backyard in Parker, CO, and we could not be happier with the results! Since our yard is on the smaller side, our main priority was maximizing turf space while using pavers to open up the stairs and create a clean pathway to the garage. Because we hadn't officially moved to Colorado yet, we had to manage this entire project remotely, but our supervisor, Mike Arias, was an absolute dream to work with and made the process seamless. He had incredible instincts on-site, was highly flexible with changes, and kept us completely in the loop with daily photo updates. We also really appreciated the attention to detail; while our architectural design lead, Rob, did the initial measurements, the drawings were a bit off, so Mike remeasured before work began to guarantee we loved the layout. Mike offered fantastic suggestions, allowing us to easily adjust the plan on the fly. The entire crew was incredibly responsive, spending a significant amount of time building beautiful stairs, leveling the yard as much as possible to adhere to our HOA, and coming out multiple times to ensure we were happy. Doug came to our home for the initial design consultation and was extremely organized with catalogs, slideshows, and extensive information on their materials & processes. Our newly constructed home in Aurora Highlands had no landscaping of any kind in the back yard when we moved in. We interviewed with at least 3 landscaping companies. System Pavers's Elizabeth Peacock spent maybe an hour and a half going through differnt possiblities in the design phase. Within a couple of days she sent us basic concept drawings for the project. Even more importantly, she was very patient with our many questions we had through emails and a visit to the SP store. The other landscaping companies wanted us to pay upfront for design drawings; SP didn't. Once we decided for sure to go with SP, the project manager spoke with us about next steps. The construction phase went well and took less than a week to finish a paver patio with fire pit, artificial turf, and a retaining wall in the front yard. We haven't found any problems with the work so far but they do have warranties if we do find something that needs attention. It should be noted that SP doesn't plant trees or plants nor do they set up sprinkler systems. For that work, we are going to use another landscaper. read more

Updating the review as it's now been a few weeks. The patio looks great and the work done was amazing...however, we do have lasting complaints. For one, the amount of trash that was left around was extensive. Rusty spikes left on our rocks, plastic scattered about, some random pieces of weed barrier they cut away, and spilled cement in our lawn to name a few. By far the worst has been that they left small plastic bits in our planters that we're still picking out weeks later. So far we've filled up two home depot sized buckets of trash and are still finding more, which isn't ideal. Secondly, the way they cemented our mow strip was sloppy. There's concrete pouring out into our grass and, worst of all, they didn't bother to move several of the planters away so now those planters will forever be cemented in place. There was no call or text about what to do with these, which is odd that it even happened given they had clearly moved other planters out of the way enough to avoid the cement. TL;DR- the patio looks great, but we're still cleaning up the mess weeks later. read more

System Pavers was an excellent company to work with from our initial chance meeting at the Denver Home and Garden show all the way through completion of the project. We had a useless backyard with a major slope and no landscaping. We wanted a yard which required no irrigation, and we wanted a company who could handle everything. With a combination of ground leveling, pavers and artificial turf, they transformed our backyard into something we are proud of and can now use for entertainment. They exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and service. I was particularly impressed with the project manager, Mike, and our foreman, Eder. They and the full crew were very professional. In addition to the beautiful work they did, they thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day and upon completion of the project - which I have not found to be a common practice with our outdoor contractors. My experience with System Pavers was First Class from start to finish. From the initial site inspection of my old patio to the design concept of the new outdoor living space, working with Kyle Griffin was very enlightening and professional allowing me to make the decision to proceed with confidence on this substantial and challenging project that involved multiple levels and no equipment access. The construction phase of the project, which was overseen by Mike Arias, was also very professional, on time and flexible to address issues or make changes and suggestions on site with limited disruption. Mike's team, led by Salvador, were incredibly hard workers, craftsmen and engineers who took pride in every detail of their work. The end result was an unbelievable transformation of my outdoor living space that will also add significantly to the value of my property. There are many paver companies that we looked into. None of them came even close to having the warranty that System Pavers has. However, that warranty is useless if it is painfully tough or impossible to get an issue resolved. System Pavers came through with incredible workmanship. We did have a small issue that came up after the first Winter with some darker discoloration on one area of pavers. We contacted System Pavers and Jesus and crew came through with flying colors. They did not try to excuse the issue. They took ownership of it, and quickly resolved it without any questions. We hired them again for new low voltage lighting. They did everything perfectly. We cannot say enough wonderful things about System Pavers, their product, their workmanship, and their team! We highly recommend their product and their team. read more

System Pavers did an excellent job installing paver stones and constructing a stone fire pit and steps for my patio. They worked with me on the design and paver selection, then worked with me on scheduling and communicated very well. Jorge was the Project Manager and Tito and crew actually constructed it all. They certainly were not the cheapest quote I received, but with their professionalism and being sincere about making everything right, I decided to use them. They worked directly with and coordinated timing with the plumber I hired (Roo's Plumbing) to run a gas line for the fire pit. I'll followup herewith updates if I have any issues or find they are not true to their word regarding issues or warranty work.
