Upon walking through the front door I immediately…read morenoticed a purple hair female sitting at the front lobby customer service desk counter talking loudly on her personal cell phone. With customers waiting her call continued without pause. It was obvious the call she was on wasn't an "immediate family emergency " call. Based on her actions/inactions her call seemed to take precedence over the customers. I've patronized the man salon for about a year however I've never seen customer service this poor. Her substandard customer service projected a disconnected, unfavorable, unprofessional, "I'm here only for a paycheck" vibe. The business, the business owner, and the customers deserve much better than she was capable of. With the right employees this business has tremendous potential.
