On the way up, the elevator stopped on the second floor and the music was hitting. Like... the kind of energy that makes you pause mid-step. But we stayed committed to the rooftop plan and kept going. Big mistake. We get to the rooftop and--sure, it's a sports bar, so every game is on, volume up, zero music. Which... fine, if that's your vibe. It just wasn't ours in that moment. So we did what any reasonable group would do--we turned right back around and went to investigate that second floor. Now, stepping off the elevator, it looks like a lounge. We walk in and are told there's a $20 cover. Slight pause. Slight confusion. I peek inside and see... let's just say, a very different type of entertainment. So naturally I ask, "Is this a strip club?" Yes. Yes, it is. At this point, curiosity wins. We pay the cover--and here's where the night takes a turn for the better: each of us gets a free drink coupon. After the prices we had just experienced earlier that day, this felt like a small victory. And honestly? No regrets. The dancers were talented and genuinely entertaining--not awkward, not forced, just a good time. The wings? Surprisingly amazing. Like, better-than-they-need-to-be amazing. And the drinks were solid too. Unfortunately, no pictures allowed, so you will have to take my word for it. Overall: came looking for a rooftop, ended up somewhere completely unexpected--and somehow had a better time than the places we planned to go. DC will humble you, but every now and then, it redeems itself.

This establishment hosted the event and we got there slightly early where a guy with a big chain saying "NASTI" greeted us. Ok so you have something to spark conversation. So not Nasty with a Y but Nasti with an I. So what is the difference in "nasty" and "nasti"? Of course, I dare not ask it aloud but thoughts that pop in your head and have you wondering. He was the one putting on the event and gave us some background on some of the other cities where he had put this event on previously. I believe he said that he comes to DC at least monthly. Overall, the event was very cool and I contemplated posting the masterpiece I painted. On Yelp it might have some of you gasping. Took me a minute to get this current badge. Either way I called my painting "Dinner is Served." I hate the term gentleman's club as it is for everyone, but that is my opinion and view. The place was a bit small but perfect for the event. There were three stages, and the music was a good mix. Fun times for couples and many were there for a girl's night out what I saw. The laid back atmosphere makes this a fun place to checkout at anytime. The performers were all nice, good attitude, and most of all were putting on a show.
