My daughter dropped her off before 10:00 am we hadn't received a call or and update so my daughter called 3:38 at that time she was told that they havent gotten to my puppy yet, they had a lot of dogs. Now pay attention to the time my daughter received a return call saying that she's ready at 3:51 ... Not even 30 mins later. The appointment was for a full groom service from head to toe. I know it should have at least taken and hour. The whole haircut is choppy, and so far. I've counted at least 5 bald spots. I'm not one to bash anyone's business. Because that's a person's livelihood, but she's very unprofessional. She was not understanding and she was defensive and had an excuse about everything and why her grooming looks the way that it does. After about 20 mins of going back and forth with no apologies just excuses I finally said I will never bring her back and have a blessed day. I will wish I had a way to post pictures to show what the out come was. Then was very unsympathetic and rude. Sorry I see I can post proof

I had an appointment for my dog to be groomed on November 5th, 2025. She texted me that day saying that she could not come because she was sick but that she would get me rescheduled when she could. I thanked her for letting me know and hoped she got better soon. She texted me on Nov. 8 asking if the following Thursday at 10:30am would work. I said it would work for me. Thursday came...the time of the appointment came...and went, and she never showed. I texted her at around 11am to ask if she was still coming and received no answer. The next day I tried to check on her with a text and still received no answer. The texts were read, but she couldn't be bothered to reply. To this day, over a month later, I still haven't heard from her, not even a text saying she no longer wanted to provide her services. I can no longer recommend this dog groomer. It's very disappointing.
