Not being professionally knowledgut the special fur that a pom has, they SHAVED HER & PERMANTLY DAMAGED HER FUR. To add injury to insult, I paid TOP PRICE grooming charges! The manager DID NOT REFUND & offered & she seemed annoyed, trying to cut our conversation short, from my complaint! I also got a MAJOR ATTITUDE ( yelling) from a young girl there, because I referred to her as "she". I am not psychic & can know what she identifies as! I have many gay friends who still identify as women, despite their sexuality. The level of professionalism is very low! MAKE SURE ANY GROOMER IS LICENCED! I learned the hard way!

I took my 9-lb morkie here a couple of months ago for the 1st time (he was a little under 3 1/2…read moreyears old), when I made the appointment I had to put a $20 down-payment for the appointment (no big deal), I asked the lady on the phone how much the grooming would cost, she told me that it could be as low as $65, but it depended on how the dog behaved. I took my chance and took him there. They did a great job on him, but it cost me $85 before tip. He was always great for his previous groomer but I was told that he tried to bite the groomer (which I clearly was not happy with my dog when I heard that). So after a vet visit (routine stuff) I mentioned something to them about the groomer visit, they suggested a calming medication for him so that he would be calm and relaxed when I took him to the groomer, after thinking about it I decided to try it. I gave him the medication as prescribed before I brought him here for his 2nd appointment. He was super chill when I took him in, I thought this appointment should cost me closer to the $65 mark, yeah no. When I dropped him off the lady couldn't find his appointment, then she grabbed a card out of the stack she had and said here he is, would you like me to give him the same service as last time with the same cut, I said yes. I get a call that he's ready to go, I pick him up and he's shaved, not completely bald but basically no hair. My morkie looked like a chihuahua and they chopped his tail hair off too (which is 1 of my favorite things about him). I was speechless when I picked him up. I asked how he was and they said how good he was, then I was told that'll be $85 (again before tip). I just want to know 1 thing, how does a 9-lb dog cost $85 to get groomed when I paid the same amount with a tip for a 75-lb dog to get groomed (at a different establishment in the past). After the 2nd and last appointment I had with this store, I will never bring my dog back there again. Horrendous hair cut and stupid amount of money especially when the job they did was so awful.

I take my little old lady diva woods she is 15 years old anytime they notice anything they will take a picture send it to me let me know Now our newest to the family is love. She just turned one years old they take care of her with just the same compassion professionalism as they did with diva I'm sure many people can relate. These are my kids not just my dogs. It would be no different than when I would be looking for a daycare for my children so important to make sure you handle those Your pets are doing it with care compassion I thank you for always being so thoughtful, detailed and professional.

Grooming an older cat can be tricky and obviously risky, which can make the kitty (and kitty's mommy) very anxious of the experience. Lynda came directly to my residence to ensure the most comfortable environment for my cat. The moment she arrived, I knew we were in the best possible hands. Lynda was gentle, patient and clearly experienced. She took the time to understand my cat's needs, including her health condition, her thin and sensitive skin and she adjusted her approach quickly. She even turned peaceful purring music which calmed my cat... and me to be honest. What impressed me most was her calm, reassuring manner and how she prioritized my kitty's comfort before all else. My cat is like a new kitten, she comfortable, beautiful, soft, happy and so loving! Her coat is smooth matte and tangle-free. I had searched and searched and was turned down by all vets and groomers that I had contacted due to the age of my cat. Lynda was the only person willing to take on that risk so that my kitty could live comfortably. It's rare to find someone with exceptional grooming skills and a genuine live for animals, especially senior ones. I'm beyond grateful ad will absolutely call and refer Lynda anytime needed. I have a 75 lbs. 19-month old puppy who refuses to get in the car so hadn't been to the groomer in months. He stunk to high heavens and his nails were very long. Dirty Paws promptly responded to my inquiry with a very reasonable rate and arrived promptly at the appointed time. Kim was patient to let my nervous giant pup get to know her before magically getting him into her van. She returned him to our door a while later smelling fantastic and with beautifully clipped paws. Ears were not trimmed, and 1 of the pups chin was not trimmed. The worse possible act was my pups was cut in 3 places under his chin AND no one said anything!
