Clayton arrived, and was able to determine we needed a part. He was able to give a "hack" to get heat until the part could be obtained the next day. Snow storm day, Kevin arrived with the part - of course our luck (we should come with a warning label) - the part is only part of the issue. Kevin was at our house for several hours talking to the manufacturer of our system trying to diagnose the issue. After determining we needed other parts, Kevin gave us other options for us to consider. Truly professional, trustworthy, hard working - in an emergency we appreciated the hard work! (Even when our "simple issue" wasn't so simple. (THIS is not an issue with the workmanship of Kevin or Clayton - it is our system - and our luck!).
