I was a tenant for 8 years with Christean at A-Creative. I always found her to be very professional and willing to help address all of our needs in a timely manner. Christean, treated us with respect and understanding and I consider her to be a trust worthy friend for life. Thank you read more

Incredibly rude and condescending. Politely knocked on the office door and was rudely shouted at. Then stood outside for a minute and heard the lady inside talking bad about me for inquiring and she went on to insult and degrade her customers behind their back. Also she doesn't know what she is doing as I heard her ask chatGBT how to do her job. read more

Great property management! I am so pleased with the service I get from them. They are always on top of any issues and concerns I might have. You can't go wrong renting from them or using them to manage your property. read more

Incompetent and corrupt. They don't even know the difference between a condo designation and a townhome designation. Will not return calls/emails and will stonewall people that call them out on their bs. Being sued by at least two other communities. read more

I rented from A-Creative for 9 years. They were very fair with the rent and always responded quickly with requests for repairs. When we were ready to move on they made it effortlessly simple. They were always courteous and professional. Thanks Christean and team. You guys are great. read more

Wonderful experience whenever I had to work with management. Christean is super professional and friendly, handled all the paperwork quickly to get me into an apartment when I really needed it, earlier than what they thought they could get it ready! Also, the office people are great, Therese(I believe that was her name) taught me how write my first check(lol!) when I was doing it for the first time. Thanks for everything ACPM! read more

I started renting a town house in February! Everything from the beginning ran smoothly and Christean was very helpful through the process. This was my first rental property on my own and I couldn't have asked for it to have gone so good as it did. I have also referred a couple of my friends to contact them for up coming availability's on rental properties. read more

A-creative managed our condominium complex. Very bad experience. The complex looked horrible, the HOA finances were in bad shape, the HOA dues increased over the period of their management, Board members were private contractors to the HOA and turned complacent. Since they were replaced all the pending maintenance work is done and no major work is on the horizon, the unnecessary wasteful work disappeared, the HOA looks beautiful, Board Members are no longer private contractors and the best part is that the association is sitting with over twice the reserve funds and is more than fully funded, the HOA monthly dues fall by $24 in 2021 and hopefully another $24 in 2022. Where do you see HOA dues decrease these days? Very bad experience! Gave them one star because I cant give them none! read more

We are grateful that Christean found us a rental in the area we desired. It's pet friendly, near my daughter's school and close commute for work. Recently, our toilet flooded over the weekend and Christean was prompt to take action by sending a plumber out immediately. They cleared the clogged sewer line that had objects flushed by last tenant. The staff is friendly and helpful with questions. read more

They are very organized and efficient when you call with a problem. It's taken care of right away. They have always been very helpful and courteous. I have rented from them for 8 yrs. and I have been very satisfied with there management of my apt. Christean is my Property Manager and she has always done amazing job. Thank you for doing such a great job. Hope u have a great Holiday. read more

Horrible horrible horrible. This company does nothing to help and is rude and condescending! She has told me "I don't have time for this" when I have called to tell her about my leaking roof. They didn't keep up roof repairs and I have internal damage to my house but was told they do not cover this because it is inside the house. Even though the internal damage would not have happened if they had fixed roofs like they were supposed to and had not taken 9 months after the initial leak to fix the problem. Now I have to pay thousands in repair and due to lack of funds still have a hole in the ceilings of two rooms. I'm disgusted with this shady company. And yes the work they finally do end up doing is very subpar and obviously not done by professionals. This company really needs to be investigated. Something is very wrong. read more

I have been using this company for around 15 years to help manage my rental properties. Sharon and Christean have been so helpful and knowledgeable with the numerous issues that have come up. They even have experience in handling rentals in IRA accounts, most people did not know you can do that but, you can! They help me qualify applicants so I don't have issues later on. They have assisted me on the couple of occasions where I have had to take tenants to small claims court and we have prevailed in those situations. It is nice to deal with the owner and her staff instead of corporations that do not give you the personal attention when you need help. I highly recommend them, read more

I stayed over at my friend's house last Saturday night and I was aware of all the rules written and shown on the property. The rules said Guest parking only and no more than 72 hours. I stayed for LESS than 24 hours and my car was towed! Their security and parking enforcement is shitty. The Mom tried calling because it's ridiculous that they towed my car when we followed all the rules. THIS company said that we had to be on safelist but WHERE THE HECK does it say anywhere on the property?! How are the guests supposed to know?! The members of the property are "supposed" to be responsible for their guests but when I heard them on the phone they asked my friend's mom to have us park outside where it's dangerous and car theft is common. That's not being responsible for the guests at all. This company is a joke. They put false misleading signs on their property and when we pointed that out, they didn't care so they're not going to reimburse us. The place they towed my car at was a SCAM too! The car company that towed my car asked for $420. WTF. The stupid thing is that I called them TWICE to make sure about the price and they said it would be $325 if I picked it up the next day, and suddenly they wanna change the price and add an extra $100?! I hate this property management. The rules are ridiculous and I recommend everyone to stay away from buying or renting from this management. The rules aren't anywhere on the property so beware of letting your guests stay with you. read more

If I can give negative 5 stars it would be too much. Horrible service, they don't do anything, they enforce their rules when they choose to. Sharon is horrible to deal with. Do not use them! read more

Excellent property management co and I would recommend them for all your management needs!

I called on one of their properties as a potential tenant. I can't say enough about Christine. She was informative, kind and generous with her time. More than that, in this crazy rental market where no one will call you back...she DOES! I had to cancel a showing appt. She followed up with me to see if I wanted to reschedule. Extremely professional and respectful. I hope I have the opportunity to work with her in the future. read more

We worked with Christine and A-Management group for a rental we found in Belmont Shores. These ladies rock. All super sweet, accommodating every time we needed anything or something was wrong she was on it. Was sad to say goodbye when I returned the keys. I am a individual that works during the week, so my weekends at this time are the only opportunity to take the time to look for a rental, as most rental and real estate offices this is there busiest days to show properties or be available for calls. I call on a property that had a sign out front, I called for information, unfortunately they are closed on the weekend, and the service answering their phones said to call back on Monday, they are closed on the weekends. Crazy that you are not able to get any info on a rental your company has listed on the weekend. Wouldn't want to work with a company like this. read more

A- Creative has been my landlord for 7 years, specifically Christean. She is an excellent property manager! She is always on point with any repairs, always responsive. She is just a loving and caring person, she understands that she is dealing with people's homes and lives. I would recommend this PM to any of my friends, family and clients. Thank you A-Creative for a great 7 years. read more

A-creative property management does not care for their renters and or the property the manage. They send a very, VERY old handy man who is not qualified to do the work they send him to do, so it breaks again and they send him to fix it over and over... He buys the cheapest parts to save money, but then fixtures look tacky and break easily. One time after he finished fixing my kitchen drawer for the third time, he said it was fixed, but I could only open it up half way! This drawer is still broken and they refuse to send another person to fix it. read more

A-Creative Property Managment doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. I called them at 7 am to fix my water heater because we had cold water.... I left a message with their service ... I didn't hear from them so I called them back at 1:30.... I left a message with the owner of the company, Sharon and she said only Christine could help me and that she was at lunch but would call me back. I called again at 4:00 and Christine told me she would send someone over.... Someone arrived at 6:30 and told me he couldn't fix it because it was under Warrenty.... it wasnt fixed until the following day at 6:39pm! I was without hot water to bath, do laundry and clean dishes.... this is horrible management and it feels awful to be treated like this. read more

Again, if you are looking into renting from this company or using them for your own rental do your research. They have not use licensed contractors on the house we live in. Read my previous review. We understand that property rentals have gone up, but if we moved in June 2011, so why wouldn't they raise the rent in June? Why in November, just before christmas? No tack. Looking ahead to the new year. read more

Sharon and her staff have gone out of their way to help me as a homeowner, and as an elected HOA director. I have worked with her when I rented my condo out also. She organized all the paint and repairs in time for my new renter. She is patient, polite and intelligent. No doubt I would recommend her for your property management needs. She gets the contractor bids, she keeps an eye on the bottom line because she knows it's your dollars. Her company is very popular- satisfied customers don't think twice about anything. They can get on with their lives when she is handling the property. read more

I recently moved out of a property managed by A-creative that I occupied for three years. The ladies at A-Creative were always a pleasure to work with and did everything they could to help make us feel like our house was a home. They were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we may have had and treated us like neighbors rather than customers. I loved my time in the house we rented, and a large part of that was due to the team we worked with throughout our stay. read more

I showed my client today the following listing managed and offer by acpm1.com. 25712 Le Parc # 85, Lake Forest, US 92630. I called the property manager, Christean who said to have my client apply online through their website. We had a few questions to which Christean was unable to answer. She simply said "Apply online and we will consider you application" We wanted to know if there were any "pending" applications and if so how many applications that she had. All we were told is "apply through the website". I asked her for website since the listing agent had not posted any details with regards to the application process in the agent private remarks section of the MLS. I suggested to her that it would be very helpful to list the website where applicants can apply online. Her response "May i help you with anything else?" Clearly you get what you pay for. This listing is $100 to the Buyers Agent once the Application has been accepted and they have a fully executed contract. I gave my client the information and told her she was on her own on this one. It's simply not worth my time. read more

I rented from A-Creative for 3 years and could hardly have been happier. Everyone in the office was incredibly helpful and friendly. If anything needed repairing (which happened a few times each year, as my apt was close to 100 years old) they were on top of it immediately, and performed quality work. When I reported that there were termites in my stairs, a few weeks later, they built me an entirely new staircase in only 2 days! And when I told them that my oven had stopped working, they bought me a brand new one, and when the maintenance man was finished installing it, he even asked where I kept my mop because he had tracked dirt onto my kitchen floor and wanted to clean up after himself (!). They are kind and helpful and take fantastic care of their tenants :) read more

Christine and Shannon are both wonderful. We have been with A-Creative for about 4 years now without problem nor complaint. They have always been willing to help and are very punctual at following through with our requests. Wish that there were more companies out there that feels that customer service takes precedence above all. They have gone over and beyond to help us feel like this is our home. That's why we plan to be with them for a long time. read more
