He told me to find someone else because I was being to hard to work with but only after confirming the appt was for 8am! Now who's being hard to work with? He's not the only one out there with the equipment to do the jobs I have. I already have 2 quotes for lawn maintenance and 2 quotes from professionals for the major clean up of my back acre. I was mostly inside while he worked, but it appeared that he did a good job, so when he was finished, I paid him in cash and also left him a very generous tip. Shortly after he left, I realized that he didn't clean the roof or gutters on the 2nd story!! I contacted him immediately. He acknowledged that it was not completed, (because I sent photos), and he promised to return the next day. He did not. And since then, he has not returned any of my messages. This is a big lesson for me. Do not trust that everyone has integrity. IF you hire him, and I would not...but if you choose to, make SURE YOU CHECK that he has completed ALL OF THE WORK BEFORE YOU PAY HIM.
