This ended up being a 2+ week job and the entire time we were constantly informed via extensive daily photos (and videos) mapping progress, and Sadie's personal hands-on communications. Everything was handled with professionalism and much empathy. We are forever grateful that we were fortunate enough to have found Sadie's Pro Cleaning.

When you call Sadie, you're already having a terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad day. My day…read morestarted with a small sewage explosion that splashed the plumber (YUCK!) and seeped all over my basement. Sadie arrived around 6pm on a Friday night. She took pictures and video, assessed the extent of the muck, and told me she would get back to me soon. By 8:15pm, she'd emailed the estimate, and boom! I was on her schedule. She and her team arrived around 10:30 Saturday morning and spent the next 11 hours sanitizing and organizing my basement (I'm not a hoarder--why would you think that?) By the time she was done, my basement was cleaner than it's ever been (they even removed the cobwebs, warming the cockles of this arachnophobe's heart), and looks way more tidy and organized than I could have done on my own. She explained, and showed me the pictures, of why she'd tossed what she'd tossed. This was not my first hazmat cleaner rodeo, but this was far more extensive than the last and worth every penny. Sadie didn't try to upsell me on cleaning products the way the corporate cleaners did, and she was amazingly responsive the whole time. When you're having a crap day (swidt?), call Sadie!

I informed Marie of my animal dander allergy and set up cleaning to be completed the day before. Upon entering the apartment, we immediately noticed strong foul smell of wet animal fur mixed with scents of cleaning products. Sadly for us it was only after all our belongings were moved in, we realized animal furs and missed spots everywhere in the place. We spent Saturday night to Thursday just for cleaning by ourselves. It took 5 days to remove all the furs and dander because now each room needed to be emptied prior to cleaning. I broke out with rashes and itchy eyes, nose, swollen throat from having to be in contact with the allergens for extended periods of time, even with gloves and a mask for protection. It is the 6 th day after the move-in date that we could finally start unpacking the boxes. I found the service prompt(estimate, setting up appointment) however the performance itself less than satisfactory. I thought it was irresponsible for her to take on a job when allergy issues are involved as the level of cleaning isn't thorough enough. The sub-per performance wasted 6 days of our time; two day offs my husband needed to take from work, and aggravated my health. The whole thing set us back on all our plans made to start our life in a new location. I will never use this service again nor will I recommend to others with allergy, which could be life-threatening for some.

It's a question that's been asked since the dawn of time. When the first cavemen used Mammuthus primigenuis (Wolly mammoth) undercoat to make the first brooms around 3300 BC did that make the cave clean? When Hubert Cecil Booth invented the vacuum in 1901 and the first parliament of the United Kingdom was opened by Edward the VII to a freshly vacuumed hall was it clean? Clean is a theoretical state. An unobtainable ideology that permeates the alleged extra-ideological strata of everyday life. So since Adam and Eve and the original sin has a house ever been clean? No it hasn't...until Hafass came to existence. My life was meaningless a rut of attempting to get it together and I was lost until Mike and Tina came through the door and set everything straight.
