We appreciated how they kept an open line of communication throughout the construction process. They cleaned up at the end of every night and minimized any inconveniences that would come with completely gutting a master bathroom. The final product is spectacular. I requested that the shower have grab bars and that a new higher toilet be installed along with drop down grab bars.
