I have been a long time customer and was very disappointed in the most recent arrangement I received. Do NOT get any letters or numbers as they do not last. Photo is after just 2 days... definitely a waste of 180$. When I reached out to let them know, she said she had warned my mom upon purchase that it only lasts 1-3 days but this was not the case as my mom was just as shocked as I was to see how short the flowers lasted.

Very happy to have stumbled upon this awesome spot. Picked up a small arrangement which the owner put together from scratch (vase and all). Jokes aside, I ended up paying half as much as I thought it would cost. Recommending this place to all my friends and family. Stay away from supermarkets and other overpriced flower shops. Today has been my 7th or 8th visit to A Class flowers. Their name serves them perfect. They are definitely an A Class flower shop. Armine the owner is super nice. She really cares and remembered me from previous visits. I have bought flowers here for Valentines, wife's birthday, moms birthday, mother in laws birthday and daughters birthday. I also bought arrangements for some friend birthdays, weddings and funerals. No matter how big or small your floral needs are you should trust Armine to take great care of you. Go on her Instagram page to see photos of her work. You can show here a photo of what you like to give her a better idea of what you need and she will make an arrangement that's even better that in photos. I recommended her to few friends and family and they all called later to thank me for a referral. Also be prepared to receive ton of compliments and everyone will ask where are these flowers from and how much were they? As far as the price her prices are SUPER fair. I paid twice as much for half as good arrangements before and I thought they were good. I wish I met Armine sooner. Thank you for your excellent customer service and your amazing talent. Love this florist. They have the most amazing staff. Armine is so nice and helpful. Their work is beyond professional and perfection every single time. I have used a class for many events and every single time their arrangements have been the best! They go the extra mile for their customers. One instance, I had an order for pickup Christmas Day and I wasn't able to pick up on time, Armine went the extra mile and delivered the flowers to the recipient although they were very busy that day. Brides, BEWARE!!!! I hired this shop for my winter wedding flowers and was so disappointed in the quality and product of what was delivered. The centerpieces were so messy and looked like an amateur had put them together. Most of my family later commented we all could have done a better job of doing the centerpieces than Armine did. The majority of the white flowers were wilted and brown. I cannot believe a professional would even USE them. The final product was nothing like we discussed in our three in person consultations, where pictures and examples were shown. Also, Armine was late to every single of our planned consultations, which was very inconsiderate. The men's boutonnières wilted and were unwearable before we even made it to the banquet. I was so sad and upset when I walked into the banquet hall for the first time that I started crying and had to be consoled by my husband. After planning my wedding for more than two years and after all the effort I put into making sure everything was perfect, this was definitely not what I expected, especially after paying thousands of dollars for the flowers. I will never be recommending her services to anyone else in my family or friend circle, especially the 12 people we have getting married over the next two years. I am sure other brides reading this review will understand how upsetting it is when your wedding flowers, centerpieces, and decor are messy, not professional looking, unskilled, and just plain BAD! When you pay thousands of dollars, you expect a certain level of skill and detail. What we received looked like it was done by someone attempting a floral arrangement for the first time in her life, not someone with supposed 20 years of experience in the industry. I am still so disappointed every time I look at my wedding photos that this is what I paid for and this was the person I trusted to do my flowers. So disappointing and sad. read more

My vision was to create fairytale vibes, for it to be soft, whimsical and romantic, and she helped me create the absolute perfect floral look for that dream. She did not just deliver, she completely understood the assignment. She was lovely, kind, attentive, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I truly could not imagine it any other way. My bridal bouquet especially was everything I dreamed of and more. I actually cried when it was handed to me. First time I called I had a super hard time understanding the employee on the phone. Second time the employee was super sweet and answered my questions. Both leis and experiences were really seamless and didn't have any problems with my order. I went and picked up the leis a day in advance too. Inside you see one of their employees making leis at the table and there's options on the wall to choose from if your walking in. If you are ordering during a busy season, I recommend ordering it asap too. Would come back if I needed to go to any other graduations in the future!

The flowers were beautiful, costs were just a fraction of what it would cost to have a florist procure them and put them together. We had no idea, as to "our" budget, except it was given to us our wedding gift. My paternal aunt purchased, all of our wedding flowers here and placed together by family, with love. We were there, bright and early and got best quality flowers. It was day or two, before they would be used. They must be preserved, freshly and kept them inside my bathroom, in dark, cold room & cranked up AC. All of it was placed in bathtub for hydration.

First the website mentions parking on the roof and we could not find this parking. There was an area blocked off, but it didn't say full. It was just blocked off and the only reason I suspect that was their parking lot is because the exit was still open. So I had to pay for $10 across the street. Yes we could have found street parking further away, but I was already frustrated not having found their lot and my partner was just like I'll just pay. Let's just go across the street. Next even though it is mentioned on the website (I don't remember seeing it despite looking at the website multiple times) and there was a $2 entrance fee. what am I paying $2 for? Why am I paying $2 to shop and spend more money? I'm sorry just on the way there as we got closer, there are so many flower shops around the mart so I don't see why you wouldn't just go to one of those and get your flowers without having to pay an additional fee. So now, we are already $14 out-of-pocket and we havent done anything but try to park and step inside. We get inside we look around and I honestly did not find the prices to be that different from a farmers market perhaps a slightly bigger bouquet, or a couple of dollars cheaper, but there was nothing that was like ooh, this is a great deal. We ended up buying a large bouquet of lilies for $25. There is a stall in the back that had what I would consider actually good price prices. Five stems for $10 and a big bushel of another kind of flower for $6. We got those as well. My partner also really liked the plant guy and bought a plant from him from $20. Now here is where I really will not be back. I stopped at a stall called Choice America. I saw a really pretty set of mum's and asked how much they were & was told $10. The guy helping me then confirmed that they were $10 with somebody else. He then went on to say that one with eight stems was a higher price that I don't remember because I knew I wasn't getting that.When I got to the counter to actually pay, the woman was going back-and-forth with another customer about some order. They both seemed equally frustrated. Why is this important?.. because when it was my time to pay she said $10. I handed her a $20 bill. She opens the register and pulls out a five and some ones throws up her hands. I deduced that already being frustrated this is just one more thing on top as she doesnt have enough change to give me and instead turns to me and says $12.50. I kind of stumble and I say for what... tax or something? and she goes yeah tax clearly lying! Even if they did charge tax, which no other stall did, sales tax in Los Angeles on $10 it's not $12.50. The unfortunate problem is that I am black and I am not afforded the luxury to say something back because then I'm seeing as an angry black woman, have the police called on me not being believed etc. etc. so I just have to bite the bullet and get scammed and ripped off of my money. My partner and I both agree that it was not worth the hassle to go, but he really wants to take me to the restaurant across the street so we would go back to the plant guy and we would go back to the stall in the back but even those are BIG IFS as neither of us has any desire to ever go back to the Flower Mart. I feel like overall. The whole place is a money grab, you should save your money and go to your local farmers market or visit one of the many other vendors that were around the area without having to pay an admission fee to even buy flowers. Or better yet be bold like the elderly lady who accosted us as we were leaving and asked "are you all done in there can I have your sticker?" I was already too flustered to even recognize what she was asking till after my partner happily handed his over.

Its not like i was exploiting an obvious computer glitch where the flowets were 10 cents, $300 came across as a fair and premium price for flowers. It seems Ecoroses cancelled my order in bad faith and is bait and switching. On the phone she mentioned the system automatically cancelled numerous other peoples orders for the same thing. Its only 3 days until valentines day so now i need to rush and find a new vendor that isnt fully booked which will likely not be possible. Very dissatisfied with the business practices of Ecoroses and will not be returning as a customer ever

Today I remembered that they've asked me to tell them the business I am with before making my choices and I did just that. After my purchase, I compared the costs to past reciepts and sure enough, they were not discounted. I checked the cost sheet they have posted in the floral room and it confirmed that I have been charged the same as any walk in client. When I KINDLY confronted the owner about it, he got defensive and told me he will be closing my account and will not be honoring a discount. What a joke of a human being and business man. Any business that makes sleasy moves like this should not be supported. For those of you still giving them business, BE SMART and don't get taken advantage of. For those of you who choose not to support a business that does this, you can purchase from So Cal Wholesale Flowers. They are nice, helpful and will even replace your choice if florals that are not in perfect condition with a new bunch without asking you for the one you picked back.

The owner, I am guessing, is the one who called me. He sounded extremely dissatisfied that I requested no leaves and was very honest about the arrangement not looking the same. At the end of our phone call, I said if it's going to change the arrangement drastically, then just include it. He assured me that he will do his best to make sure the arrangement looks right. The recipient sent me a picture when it was delivered and it looked NOTHING close to what it displays on his website. The tulips were not properly arranged and it looked like it was just placed randomly (mostly on the bottom) which caused the arrangement to come with all the tulips drooping. I called to let him know my dissatisfaction and to specifically tell him about the tulip placement and he became defensive and said the reason why the tulips were drooping were because of me asking for no greenery. I told him the placement of the tulips in the picture versus the arrangement is not even close and it has nothing to do with the greenery not being included. Instead of offering some sort of compensation like most flower shops do, he continued to argue with me back and forth. I was very honest and told him I would be submitting this review. If you want horrible customer service, and somebody who doesn't take accountability, feel free to use them. Otherwise, it's a hard pass!!! I've attached the pictures of the website vs the arrangement I got so you can make your own judgement. Customer service alone is my top priority and this place has NONE.
