I think some is from local suppliers. Everything is very clean and nicely arranged. I bought some honey, natural soaps, and soft beverages for gifts. One thing that has changed from years ago is that they now carry a range of CBD remedies. I'm sure they have many other useful items that I don't remember now. The staff who work there I knew from years back, so I'm sure they know the answers to many questions. Don't be shy to ask. You can bring your own shopping bag(s) as you do at a grocery store.

He walked in and was approached by a member of the staff who introduced herself and explained the process. It is possible to order meals as a part of a meal plan, but you can also just order any of the meals ready to go. They are freely made and then frozen. There is also an area to order freshly made smoothies and shakes. He ordered off of the Athlete menu, which is higher in protein, moderate carbs, and lower in fat, which is exactly how he eats to maintain his physique. He grabbed the Chicken Alfredo, Beef Taco Bowl, and Carolina pulled pork. After hearing up the meals, we enjoyed them. The beef bowl was about what you'd expect. Remember, you aren't eating out at a restaurant that's throwing in as much salt and fat to enhance the flavor. These were balanced macros and I think they pulled it off. I also found the portion to be substantial compared to many other meal prep services/locations. The Carolina Pork was solid. It had a nice vinegary bite, and the corn and potatoes that went with it were great. I really enjoyed this one. My mother in law had the chicken Alfredo, which we each tried and agreed was the star. It was great, the chicken breast was moist, the sauce was flavorful with a garlicky bite, and the pasta abundant. My mother in law liked it so much, that she told us she will be back to grab some meals for the freezer. Overall, I think this place is a great addition to Camillus. Let's face it, it's tough to eat healthy because of the prep. It's time consuming and tough to get done when you're on the go.
