HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!…read more Absolutely stellar service provided by Roy today- very professional and knowledgeable ! Scheduling the appointment was extremely easy. Literally had an appointment within a day! Roy came out, conducted a thorough inspection of our AC unit as well as maintenance on the system and then spent quite a bit of time with us answering ALL of our questions regarding everything he found as well as his recommendations moving forward. We couldn't be happier with the service provided, and will certainly be recommending this vendor to all of our neighbors! Moving forward, we will be having this team come out for all of our AC maintenance/repairs as well as anything regarding electrical or plumbing needs, since that is something they provide as well.

Exceptional Service--Responsive, Thorough and Trustworthy…read more This is the third time I have used Blue Bear HVAC, and each experience has been excellent. They respond quickly, communicate clearly and have always been able to schedule service the same day. Their evaluations are thorough, and their reports are detailed and easy to understand. The owner even texted and called me on a Saturday to help resolve my issue. Barry came out today and quickly identified and corrected the problems that others had missed. He was patient, clear and very easy to work with. He spent considerable time explaining what was wrong, why it was happening and what needed to be done. Within an hour of completing the work, I received an exceptionally detailed written report. My air conditioning is now working correctly, and I am beyond impressed with Barry and Blue Bear HVAC. Their responsiveness, communication and quality of work are outstanding. I highly recommend them.

This HVAC company truly sets the standard for honesty, professionalism, and customer care. Our AC…read morewent down, and as most of us know, it's incredibly stressful--especially when you're worried about how long it will take and how much it's gonna cost. From the very beginning, they were responsive and genuinely focused on helping us, not just booking a service call. What really stood out was Paul, the technician. Even though he was out of town, he still took the time to help us. He patiently walked us through the issue over the phone, step by step, until we were able to get the system back online. It turned out to be a simple fix--the kind of thing an unscrupulous company would have been more than happy to turn into an expensive service call change and from there who knows... Instead, Paul chose honesty over profit. He explained what was happening, made sure we were comfortable performing the fix, and stayed on the phone until everything was working properly. That level of integrity is extremely rare and speaks volumes about both him and the company he represents. We are incredibly grateful for the above-and-beyond service and the peace of mind he/they gave us. If you want an HVAC company you can trust--one that treats customers fairly and does the right thing even when they don't have to--look no further. We will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to everyone we know. Thank you Paul & Red, White and Cool!!!
