Every single one of Jason's crew members, as well as Jason's, were respectful and kind.... just decent people... every one. The damage left was minimal and way less than we expected. When does that ever happen? It was a pleasure doing business with them and we will 1000% call them for future electrical work. PS we spoke to or met with over a dozen electricians and Jason checked every box.... the only one who did.

This year he sends me a bill for $3,600. I questioned it, he said he messed up and ate it last year (have texts to prove it), and while he didnt charge me last year, he had to this year. I questioned why he never told me it was going to add $600 a year to the bill, he agreed he did not tell me, so he offers to take off the extra lights, and charge me $3200 this year. I said why not go back to the original price and design. he said no thanks i'll pass, and then ignored me for a few days, finally responds with a huge paragraph and blocks me. WELL, im in my office, dig up our original contract, and PS it said if i booked by september 15 2021 the price would be $2800 this year. Well i tried to book him on Sept 13th when this nonsense ensued. Justin is a teacher. NOT a business owner. While he may be a nice person and does good work, MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, MAKE HIM SIGN IT AND HOLD HIM TO HIS WORD. I do this for my children, not for me. Now i have to scramble to see if someone else can do it.

Needless to say, we are ecstatic to have connected with him because it's always great to have a local electrician nearby that can be trusted to provide great services AND who is available to work within a reasonable timeline! Having already met with a bunch of other electricians (whose estimates were unreasonable, whose schedules weren't actually "open," or who simply never responded to us when we reached out or followed up), we found Jason to be a "cut above the rest!". Jason has always greeted us with friendliness and great professionalism. He is a focused worker who also shows patience with inquisitive customers (like me!) I have oftentimes spoken to him while he has been working; he never makes us feel like we are "interrupting;" he openly explains the different aspects of the labor involved with the job and is able to chat and work simultaneously while still being extremely productive! We have welcomed him into our home on several occasions. On his first visit, he installed wiring and mounts for two large (65" and 75") televisions, including the installation of new quad outlets to accommodate the (future) addition of a soundbar. Most recently, he helped us to "say goodbye" to some old, ugly ceiling mounted light fixtures and installed new, wifi-enabled ceiling fans in their place(s). We absolutely love that Jason, since he lives locally, has been available to help us with our projects: within days of our initial call! Lastly, because Jason is fully licensed, he willingly to provided me with a copy of his license as well as a copy of his proof of insurance ("Certificate of Insurance") when I asked for this information. The fact that Jason shared this information so willingly (and without any awkward hesitation) gave us great peace of mind as new homeowners. We wholeheartedly recommend Jason; he truly is an amazing person who offers fair, reasonable prices for his labor and expertise. Additionally, he has always been respectful of our home and cleans up after he works. He even offers to take off his shoes and/or brings "booties" to ensure that people's homes are respected! At the end of each service, he provides the customer with an itemized "paid" receipt, which is sent to the email of your choice!
