Then talk to a call service. they say they'll relay the message and someone will call me back and they don't. So after three weeks of waiting for a part to come in now they're telling me that it's on backorder. But did I receive a phone call with an and an ETA. No instead I got a text message that just said it's been on backorder as of yesterday. So much for being a "family member" - they definitely don't treat you that way.
