He delivered the quote that evening via email. His quote was reasonable and more competitive than the others. A few days later, I went to Sherwin-Williams to select a stain color, and the associates knew of his business and provided positive feedback. Additionally, Juan was ready and willing to provide proof of his business licensure and insurance. So, we hired him. He was honest about his busy schedule at the time, so it was a couple of weeks before he got started. But, he completed the project on-time and as-quoted.
