As the move went on, no invoice was sent? I I asked him again and finally he told me he never gave out invoices and people never asked for one? "I stated what kind of business does not give out an invoice for records?" He could not give me an explanation? As it turned out he did not have a pay pal account either? I'm elderly and only have income from social security and had counted on using a credit card for the move!
