The end result was superb--exactly what I asked for and even better than I expected. Kyndra is a true professional. She took her time, explained every step of the process, and gave me realistic options along the way. It means so much to find a hairstylist who genuinely cares about her clients and the health of their hair. Beyond her incredible skills, her personality is an absolute delight. We had a great time getting to know each other throughout the appointment. Her availability is excellent, and I gladly booked my follow-up appointments on my way out the door. Thank you, Kyndra, for such a wonderful experience!!! I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Edith took her time, dried my hair and styled it. As I was leaving we talked about her plants and I gave her some tips while she told me about her plants. I will definetly be coming back :)

Extremely Disappointing Hair Extension Service…read more I hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience warrants it. I paid over $1,000 for hair extensions, and the stylist cut them extremely uneven. My hair was curled before I left, which temporarily hid the damage but once I washed it a few days later, the poor, uneven cutting was obvious. I reached out to the salon owner with photos, expecting help or at least accountability. Instead, I was told the issue was "the way I took the pictures," which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The stylist then offered to "fix" the problem by cutting even more of the extensions -- meaning I would lose even more of the expensive hair I paid for. That was not an acceptable solution. I ended up having to pay another stylist elsewhere to try to correct the damage. For the cost and trust involved, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend doing your research and considering other options before booking here.
