I'm guessing it was the manager(?) who rudely put out of order papers on the doors. So ridiculous and rude when that is the closest bathroom from where we ended the parade. Personally I was having extreme lady issues which resulted in me bleeding through my shorts and almost into my uniform. Very disappointed with a community grocery store who has been in our town for so long.

They can not seem to get it together. You place an order for pick-up they never have the items…read morethey sold you so the sub it for cheaper item or if you luck the will replace with a better brand then slid in a higher price. They lie and say they have an item to get you to order and they do not have it 98% of the time. But, went you drive there for pick up you so mad you just take it anyway. Today, I paid for delivery, that I was not suppose to pay for as I'm a boost member (not any more). I paid for delivery to get the sale price on a ham that was in stock when I ordered but guess what, not there when they delivered it. And the delivery person said they have been out of hams all week. I believe Wal-mart just settled a law suit for the same thing. Any good lawyers out there would like to start a class action suit?

Is this my go-to sub place? No. Will I eat here? Yes. Will I typically get it to-go and not eat…read moreinside? Yes. It is a rather large location for what is inside. Lots of room being unused. And everything seems sticky. Kinda like a Waffle House; why is everything wet and sticky? That's why I typically order online for it to-go. I also don't have to deal with the staff. With that being said, the staff you get typically varies throughout the day. Your older-ish staff is during the day and the younger ones are at night. The younger ones like to goof around, joke around, take their time and not care too much about initiating customers. It's almost like they're playing rock-paper-scissors in their head about who is going to the register to take an order. Now, once at the register they're usually pretty friendly. Moving along, I do enjoy most of their sandwiches. I don't recommend putting any vegetables on the hot sandwiches unless it's pepper, onions, mushrooms, etc. Produce like lettuce and tomato will just become mushy and wilted. I enjoy the hot sauce bar. Please, do not get rid of the sauce bar. Decent variety of chips and of courses, you can't go wrong with the cherry limeade (unless it's our of flavoring....).

There was no greeting or acknowledgement…read morewhen I entered the store and I stood there for several minutes while several staff members went about their business. Not great on the service there. Another thing that needs to be acknowledged is that for whatever reason, the meat used here is VERY salty. Deli meats are known to be salty, but this has a kind of extreme aftertaste. At first I thought it was just me, but a family member happened to bring home Firehouse subs for dinner by chance right after I got home with my sub from Jersey Mike's. In comparison, there was a complete difference in the taste, and Firehouse didn't taste salty. The place is clean for what I saw, so no complaints there. This place has potential, but it needs some changes.
