We looked at 3 spots in the area for our daughter to attend daycare. We found that ABC Barn was the best place for our daughter to get educated. The staff is real friendly, teachers engage with the parents about activities, they serve coffee to the parents, and really do care about the kids. We had a great feeling when we first stepped inside school. I highly recommend them and it was the least expensive of the other schools we looked at. Must make a visit at least if you are thinking of dropping your kids off. read more

My youngest daughter went to preschool here for about 2.5 years. I always felt that the staff went out of their way to make each child feel welcomed and special. The director makes pancakes on Fridays which was a favorite. The extra little things they do for the kids on holidays made the experience special as well. I can't express the amount of gratitude and appreciation I feel for the ABC Barn! I have three year old twins that recently started with ABC Barn, and couldn't be a happier parent. I know my kiddos are safe, loved, and under extraordinary care. Not only is the staff attentive towards my kiddos, but has been nothing short of a blessing to my family. It's so refreshing to call this place home and know that my kids are in great care. And, one of my biggest take-aways here is much of the staff has been here for years. Enrolling my daughter in this school is one of the best decisions I've made in her life so far. The teachers and administrators are literally SAINTS and they put so much effort into making the best experiences for all the children. Not only do they learn a ton, the place is like summer camp. They teach very important values, and I can't tell you how many times my kid comes home reciting something I've never heard from her before. I'm a very busy mom and not as involved w the school as maybe some other parents, but I always am 100% confident that every time I drop off my girl she's in good hands. She's a shy girl. She's opened up and has shown dramatic changes since she's been at this school. Her friends there have made her life so happy too. Where do I start with how much I (we) LOVE ABC Barn! My 7YO daughter goes to Avocado Elementary. We had been accepted to EDP at Avocado but, because of COVID, got bumped right before school started. I was scrambling to find somewhere for her to go and put it out on Nextdoor and so many people responded that ABC was the place to go and they were right! My daughter loves it so much and has made lifetime friends. They pick the kids up from school and all walk over in the afternoons. So many teachers from Avocado told me they pulled their own kids out of EDP at school so they could go to the Barn - what better recommendation. The staff is amazing - kind, loving, and patient. My daughter has SPD so transitions, new environments, change, etc., and they are a great addition to her support team! read more

Both of my children have attended ABC barn from 2 years old until they transitioned to kindergarten. Like most moms, I was hesitant to leave them in the care of someone else I didn't know but those thoughts quickly disappeared because it's is clear that every single staff member treats each and every child as their own and I knew my kids were in safe hands. ABC is a place where your child will feel safe and loved every minute they are on campus. Both of my girls loved going to school every day and it means the world to me to know that my kids are happy while at school. They had fun and learned so much in the process. As an educator, it was a blessing knowing my girls had the proper foundations in place as they entered kindergarten through engaging and meaningful activities. I loved how the teachers all work together to on a daily basis and each of them knew all of the children, their needs and how to foster a love for learning. These teachers have even gone as far as communicating with the elementary school staff across the street to ensure that incoming kinders are prepared and adapt their lessons accordingly!! Words cannot begin to express my gratitude for every single person at ABC barn. Their dedication to kids is remarkable and a joy to have been apart of. Every time I drive by the little red barn with the farm animals on the hill will be a reminder of the wonderful 5 years my girls were able to call this place their school as well as the amazing people we have met along the way. This place is amazing! We would rate it a 10 if we could. Ron and Tanya (director and assistant director) go above and beyond for the children as well as families and their amazing staff! All of the teachers are very sweet and so good at incorporating a great curriculum for the children! My son loves it here and that is one of the main reason we have been here for most of his education! This school is amazing at including indoor activities as well as outdoor activities! Did I mention this place is also super affordable! All I can say is that you will not regret taking your children here!! read more

When I walked up to the school the gate was wipe open.. I walked in and several people walked by without asking why I was there or if I needed assistance. The director wasn't very helpful when I finally got to meet him. The staff was nice and helpful as they were the one that gave me the tour. I wouldn't recommend this preschool to others. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about ABC Barn. As a first time mom I was anxious about the transition from home environment to daycare for my toddler. I visited several other daycares and preschools when deciding where to enroll my little one. The decision was confirmed after visiting the location in person and meeting the wonderful staff, Assistant Director (Ms. Tanya) and Director (Mr. Ron). I also had positive feedback from prior co-workers that recommended this daycare/preschool. Over the past few months my toddler has not only adjusted to daycare but is thriving thanks to the wonderful care of his awesome teachers (Ms. Lidia, Mrs. Nisreen and assistance from Ms. Cindy and Ms. Noemi) along with a wonderful team effort from all the staff that always greet my little one by name when he arrives. I sent my children to ABC Barn in the 90'sand loved the school then and now I'm taking my granddaughter and love it more! This is definitely not simply Day Care. The prep for starting Kindergarten is presented in fun and creative ways. All of the staff are professional and at the same time kind and loving and without pressure. The results for us is a 4 year old excited for school and developing a solid foundation for starting Kindergarten. We could not feel more comfortable, supported and convinced that ABC Barn will be home until next September and beyond when Baby Sister is old enough to attend. read more

After coming here as a young kid in 1999 and after school program in 2004-2005 I've had nothing but awesome memories here I knew this was the place I was going to take my children when I had any. It's now 2019 and my son just turned 2 and he just started! This place is just how I remember it! They keep the kids busy all day with activities and a playground to run around at. My son went to this preschool and loved it. He woke up every morning excited to go to school. They're were six students for every teacher and teacher's assistants, so they were able to be one on one with the students. Teachers always had fun creative ways of learning. Communication with parents was always there, so you never felt lost or wondering what was going on with your child. read more

I have mixed feelings about this preschool. The staff was extremely nice and we loved our three year old teacher, Ms. Maria! She was incredible. However, once my child got to the four year-old teacher, we experienced some frustration. My daughter was advanced, in the preschool's opinion (knew letters and sounds) and therefore knew the curriculum they were presenting. She started to act bored and was asking not to go to school anymore. When I (and another mom who was in the same boat) met with the director to ask about tweaking the curriculum in hopes of engaging her more, his response was that she already was prepared for kindergarten and therefore they didn't need to help her. As a schoolteacher myself, I would never give that kind of response to a parent. Their job is to differentiate instruction and meet the child at their level, and they refused to do it. read more

I was so scared to put my daughter in school but when I visited this place, my mind changed. I felt so welcomed here. My daughter only a goes twice a week for a very good price. She's only two and knows how to count to ten and knows a lot of songs like her ABC's and twinkle little star. This school is great and the staff is so nice! read more

ABC Barn is an amazing school. We decided to put our daughter in at 2 years old and were scared. We picked this school because my cousin use to teach there and always talked so positive about Ron the Director and other staff. We were put on a waiting list and couldn't be more happier when I got that call from Ron that our daughter could start. After being there for two years I am still so pleased with the staff at ABC Barn. They have taught my daughter so much! She loves going to school to see the teachers and kids. Mrs Kathy, Mrs Maria have done an amazing job with my daughter along with all the other staff. I recommend this school to all. ABC Barn is such an amazing school. When I first called and spoke with the director, he shared with me all the school's values and approach to teaching, I felt it was too good to be true. It was all true. As a fellow teacher, I fully recognize and appreciate an exemplary school. My son was asked not to return to his previous school because of his ADHD. When I switched my child over to ABC Barn, my son started flourishing rather than remaining stagnant. I later discovered that the old school kept my son in the office for much of the day because of his "challenge with focusing". Any parent can understand that this is heartbreaking news. My child started his new class at ABC Barn with his new teacher Mrs. Jade. Honestly, words cannot even describe how engaging, loving, and supportive she has been. This teacher brings out the best in my child both academically and personally. The entire staff is so incredibly friendly, and we are always greeted with love. This school has an app that sends pictures and videos of my child daily. As I tire through my workday, I find those pictures and videos uplifting and energizing. My only regret is that I did not find this school earlier, and my older child did not have the opportunity to go there. read more
