    Maintenance trimming some branches.

I got Atlantic's number from our neighbor that loved their work. She had used them for several years and they had never let her down. I in turn have used them for several years and even referred them to several friends. Their crews are always respectful and do an excellent job of clean up. Ray Stancil is owner and does business the right way. Definitely have earned my FIVE stars for the past few years!

The guys were too lazy to move the plywood. Had both trees down by noon. The the boom on the bucket truck was broke. Couldn't load the trees. Managed to get the stump grinder off the truck before it broke down. It set in the front yard for 2 days before it was repaired. So they left my house and started working on others up and down the road. When it was finally repaired they ground the stumps and left a 6 ft x 10 ft x 3 ft pile against the neighbors fence. 4 days later, pile of crap is still in the yard, dozens of ruts in the yard from the equipment, and the fence sections is still open. They leave it like that. Go home for the weekend and leave a voice mail thanking me for the work. When i return the call to complain he decides he'll come out after the weekend to fix it. Come Monday they show up, start working on putting the fence back together and then left to get dirt to fill the pit they dug. Rather that leveling the ground out in this area, the dump dirt and raise the elevation by 3" which changes the way the yard drains and leaves a pool of water at my back door. BOTTOM LINE. Run from this company. If you're already on the hook, don't pay them until they are totally done. They will cut every corner they can. They took a one day job, turned it into a week and left most of the damage unattended and beat feet. Cutting the grass now is like trying to cut grass on train tracks. I'm down 50 bags of topsoil so far, trying to get the yard flat again. Look for another company. There are good ones out there. I wouldn't hire these guys to prune a rose bush. Heck, i might as well say it. I wouldn't piss on this guy if he was on fire. I take that back. I probably would, but i'd let him burn awhile first.
